Highly recommend Michael and the dealership at Route 110 Auto! We found the perfect car for our daughter. The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. He was great to work with, we got a fair deal, and he not only treated us great, but I watched him with a young family ahead of us, and he was so considerate of their baby. The whole buying experience was super and we got to drive our newly purchased car home that same day! Our mechanic gave the car a look over, and could not believe how clean this 2014 Honda Civic was. Super happy with our purchase!

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I wanted to share something with you. I bought my 2006 Camry brand new and it has been such a reliable car for the past 18 years. It has never let me down except for some paint issues due to the Florida weather by the sea. I'm hoping to keep it for another 18 years!

This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

The best thing of all is that the entire procedure was completed remotely, and they shipped the car to my driveway. Alex was really helpful in helping me buy my Ford, the automobile of my dreams and I received a terrific deal on a gorgeous example. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

Hi, i own a Is250 for almost 6 months now and after having this car for a period of almost 6 months i feel like i owe this review to this particular piece of art, i bought this car used as my first car and i had few other options that i was particularly interested in such as the 09 Accord and a 05 Gs350, while buying the car i wanted something quick, comfortable, good on gas and Ofcourse reliable and i vouch that this car has checked all the boxes i bought the car with over 400k KM driven i’ve driven this car allot even driving more than 600-700KM in a day, the last owner didn’t do a good care of the exterior and interior but he indeed took a decent care of the mechanical side of the car so far after driving more than 40k KM in just 6 months the only thing i spend was on a battery and a oil change thats all! Been super reliable girls like it and its a quick car truly a amazing vehicle to own 100% recommended

My father and I just purchased a used Acura from these guys. We got the best possible deal, and trust me, we did a lot of research for a fantastic deal. I first contacted them on Facebook Marketplace, and then after a long discussion with them, we met in person and reached a final agreement. The whole process was made easy and simple.

I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

Extremely satisfied with our new Nissan Sentra SV. Beautiful new exterior design giving it a very sporty look. The standard features that are included in the vehicle are quite impressive such as Blind Spot Monitor, Adaptive Cruise Control, Pedestrian Crossing, and so much more. This is a car which you will love to drive. It's a driver's car and I've had the most fun owning it for over four years. I've had sports cars before and this handles as well as any sports car I have ever driven. It's 450 hp roars you too 60 in 4.5 seconds. Even with all-wheel drive, I have topped 27 mpg on a long trip. Plus, after all this, it's pure luxury.
