I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

Awesome, friendly and attentive. They did everything they could to make the process easy...including being VERY HONEST. That's the biggest thing of all...when a dealer is willing to tell you the truth, regardless of profit. I highly recommend!

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

Absolutely unbelievable experience! I drove 5hrs to trade my old truck in, was at the dealership for less than 45 minutes signing paperwork and checking out the new truck and I was on my way back home! I can’t thank them enough for everything and making the process so seamless!

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

I’ve owned over 30 cars. From Mercedes to Honda etc. the Lexus ls460 has by far been the best car I’ve ever owned this car has never ever let me down or left me stuck anywhere EVER owned it since 2011 has 200k on it now. She doesn’t burn a drop of oil or leak anything at all. I’m also extremely hard on the car change the oil on time and keep up on the very low maintenance it needs and you’ll never be disappointed I highly recommend the Lexus ls460 to anyone who wants premium luxury without the insane maintenance costs. Well done Lexus.

One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.
