I have never really had a great experience purchasing a vehicle, so when I made an appointment to see Kevin “Soupy” Campbell at Carolina Volkswagen to discuss a used vehicle I saw online in their inventory, I did not get my hopes up high. I honestly came to my appointment with expectations to be disappointed. My credit was not superb, and I knew that I was upside down in my Jeep Patriot. Kevin assured me that he was going to take care of me regardless of the outcome. He was so friendly and personable and the staff was so accommodating. They made sure my son had a snack and I had my caffeine  Kevin introduced me to Christina Bartolotta, the General Manager. She was downright amazing! Upon my arrival, not knowing who she was, she complimented my hair and her smile and demeanor was so genuine. The title of “General Manager”, would make you assume that this person would be too important to have a casual conversation with you or to give you a compliment in passing, but she changed that myth I had in my mind forever. She couldn’t have been more helpful. When Kevin aka Soupy advised that a new VW Tiguan was in the works for me, I couldn’t believe it! The General Sales Manager, Ernetso Bonita, worked his magic and presented me with some numbers that I could afford for this new vehicle. Ernetso and Christina both stayed late to ensure that my financing went through. They worked extremely hard over the phone with the lender to make sure all t’s were crossed and I’s were dotted. Any questions I had, they all answered before departing. I walked out of the dealership feeling accomplished and secure. There was no buyer’s remorse! I absolutely LOVE my Tiguan and this experience has left me a VW girl for life! I only have plans to purchase from Carolina Volkswagen, PERIOD! Thank you Kevin, Christina, and Ernetso for making me a believer that purchasing a vehicle can be a wonderful experience! Please see this team of individuals if you are in need of purchasing a car! I reached out to many dealerships in regards to a particular vehicle I was looking for. Some dealers don’t respond at all to emails or even calls made. Some of the particular filters were set that didn’t align with what I searched. Philip Allen at Hendricks BMW responded, verified immediately as to what he had. A deal was struck and I flew out and made the purchase. He picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and after a short drive back, paperwork was executed and I was on my way. A very seamless experience that I highly recommend!

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

I Love this car. It had all the safety feature you would think of Lane assist etc. The 50 MPG + and really comfortable. Great driving in the city or highway

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Had my vehicle serviced at Monroe Nissan. They were transparent about timing, cost of various services up front, and got it done quickly. I appreciated this as its not always the case.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....
