First with the problem.... finding parts. It is now years since Saab closed down and I have had to do some hunting for parts for the very rarely needed repairs. It has been an excellent driving, reliable, quiet, and comfortable car! If you are comfortable searching online and crossing fingers when you buy a part then this is an excellent choice for the money! So sad that they are no longer being made.... I have owned this vehicle for a little over 6 1/2 years, was the third owner and put the most mileage on the vehicle.

I had purchased a new rims and tires for my BMW, which I actually purchased from Automation. The rims were installed but would have fallen off in no time. When I stopped by, Paul practically finished what he was doing and went over to diagnosed what I had told him. He got in the car and took a test drive. Upon his return, he was able to reinstall my rims correctly with great confidence/skill. One of the nuts had already fallen off the rear wheel. He warned that all the wheels would have fallen off as I drove back home. Thanks for not letting me drive back home. You saved me a lot. Thanks a million, Paul!! Tarnue

I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

2007 Kia Spectra hatchback automatic with 270,000 kms , still running strong, very cheap on insurance and gas, owned since 140,000 kms and besides the normal replacing of parts from wear and tear we haven't had to do major work, still using as a spare vehicle, would buy other spectras 10x over.

I got a 2001 Buick LeSabre limited in 2009. I had the car until 2019. The car was actually donated to the " wheels for work program" in Wi I signed up for the program and was very fortunate & extremely grateful for this opportunity! I was a single parent of a young boy at the time . The wheels for work program gave me the opportunity to be approved for a loan & the payments were $50 a month for the car . This car was very reliable, although the window regulators that were made for this car were made out of plastic causing the windows , both drivers n passenger side ,come off track and had to be replaced. This can be costly if done professionally, I had some one fix n them as a side job & only cost me $60. A Buick flaw! I put this car through a LOT and the body wasn't looking too good when I finally put her to rest, but the motor was still running!

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I inherited this car from my mom is 2017. We call him flash because he is so fast. This car has been absolutely great in the 17 years it’s been in my family. I’m now looking to upgrade but am honestly sad to say goodbye to him. This car was fantastic for city driving and constant trips up and down the island.

I bought my 2004 325i in 2005 with about 20,000 km on it. It has been very reliable and has all the features I could want in a car. It's still running perfectly with about 275,000 km on it now. I do maintenance as recommended by the BMW club which includes some preventive maintenance. Repair costs have been about the same as other cars. If you are looking for a good used car, the 2003 to 2005 BMW 325i should be on your list.

I love a Cadillac, they very quick to help me…. Wonderful, but with finally asking my husband to check out- he knows we can’t afford the luxury cars—- took me a week to grieve but will pray for ? I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

My father purchased this car back in 2011 with 33k miles, ran for him and myself all the way up until December 2022 when I totaled it. 141k miles without a single issue other than your basic maintenance. This was my first car and I absolutely loved it, she’s slow so don’t expect to fly past anyone in a road rage or anything but super fun to drive and RELIABLE. I ended her life by smacking a pole head on at 60mph, a crash people say I shouldn’t have survived and walked away with a couple bruises. This car deserves all of the love!

This car is a true driver’s car. You are either hard on the breaks, or firing on all cylinders with this car. If you don’t care about economy or a quiet ride, this car will deliver on all other factors. This is by far the sportiest car I have ever and probably will ever drive. It puts out just enough power to overtake almost anybody on the street. It sounds amazing once you upgrade the intake/exhaust. Turbo spools up somewhat late but once it’s up, you are in heaven.

I went in on Monday 5/10 to look at a car that was mentioned to me. I got to the dealership and had the pleasure of working with Hanafy Mahmoud. The greatest salesman I have ever worked with. Very polite, listened to me and what I was looking for and most importantly was not pushy. I did a test drive on the car and I loved it! I didn't have all my information that was needed to purchase the car with me. He put the SOLD sign on it and had it brought to the back to have it cleaned up and to get the last look to make sure everything was good. I informed him I would be back the next day to get all the paper work done. So Tuesday 5/11 I went back in with my father so he could do the "Dad" check. The paper work took only just a few minutes and then I went in with the Financial manager Ashley Malenke to do the final steps and all the signatures. Ashley was absolutely great! Such a sweet woman and very knowledgeable of her position and many things about the whole dealership. I was out of there within an hour all together.
