This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

I was looking for a Buick Regal and found a 2016 with mileage under 100,000, one owner, and no wrecks with a good Carfax report. The Carfax report was good and I liked how the car looked from the pictures. I called and put $500 down. I got financing and worked with Tammy at the dealership. After all the paperwork was done and the car was mine, I drove from Dayton Ohio to New Bedford MA, (a bit more than 800 miles) to pick up the car. I drove the car on vacation from there to Fort Washington MD and then back to Dayton OH. That was roughly 1,000 miles. The car runs well and it was everything that I expected it to be. In fact, I called the Dealership and asked them to find a 2020 Buick Regal in the same shape as the one I bought from them, I would drive back and trade what I bought for a newer model. Given that I bought the car based on a CarFax report and the pictures, I would recommend buying from Ralph's Auto Center. I had no problems in dealing with them or the car.

The Prius is comfortable and had a surprising amount of room for others. We like the fuel economy as well. It also has a bit more power than I thought a hybrid would have.

Best experience I’ve ever had car shopping! Every one that works there is wicked nice and friendly. Seeing as I was buying a used car it needed a few things fixed so I didn’t get to look at or and test drive it for a few days while it was being worked on and they were very apologetic and thanked me for my patients which they didn’t have to do! Got a great deal on my trade in and got an amazing deal on my Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel! I read the reviews before going and the negative reviews seemed like spammers and the only legitimate one the person did seem to understand that if something goes wrong 6 months after you buy a car the lemon law no longer apply and the issues are your responsibility at that point, it’s a used car not a brand new car from the dealer with a factory warranty! I would highly recommend New England cars to anyone in the market for a car, no dealers around can beat their prices! I’d give 10 stars if I could, being a mechanic student I’ve helped all my friends buy cars and I have bought quite a few cars and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and would buy a other car from them anytime! Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

My hubby and I both purchased our used vehicles here within the last two years. Bill and Ron were both so friendly and HELPFUL, straightforward and informative. We did our part and looked over the vehicles inside and out, studied the provided Carfax reports, took them for long test drives, and researched them online before purchasing. Any questions or issues were explained and addressed with no problems. Bill went above and beyond to see that we were completely satisfied. Financing was very easy with our fair down payments and good to very good credit scores. We also had a mechanic look over both vehicles first, understanding that these vehicles are on the older side and are high mileage. Seems fair to realize that no one, not even an excellent mechanic, can anticipate what may happen (mechanically) after purchase. There was a basic 90 day warranty provided at no cost. And vehicles are (newly or recently) inspected before sale. To avoid any misconceptions, we read over the purchase agreement(s) thoroughly, and asked questions. Know and understand everything before signing! Finally, I'd like to say that we dealt fairly with them and they treated us wonderfully! I would definitely buy vehicles there again. P S. Already looking at one for my son who is in the market!

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I recently bought a Ford from this place and I'm super happy with it. A lot of these cars have high mileage but are inspected for at least 2-3 years so i'm sure if theirs any issue you'll have time to fix it. However they can be a bit pricey and overcharge so check kelly blue book to make sure your getting a good deal.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.
