I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard.The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.

I recently bought a Honda Prologue EV from Friendly Honda in Poughkeepsie, NY. Howard Burman is a Gentleman, very patient and a great listener. He did none of the standard sales pitches or adding options/services push, instead he listened to all things any consumer would bring up, responding in a way that works for consumers. I absolutely liked my experience and would highly recommend Friendly Honda & Howard there.

My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

Overall, outstanding service. My purchase was a used vehicle in surprisingly excellent condition. My sales representative and the finance manager worked very professionally to get me a finance arrangement I felt comfortable with. The car was gone over and delivered in great condition. Having back-end tasks like registration, transfer of plates, insurance transfer, and surrender of my old vehicle done for me was very welcome. Everyone treated me with great respect. I highly recommend this dealership.

David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities) Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Imagine our predicament. We live in a small community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Our neighbor and his wife purchase low-mileage vehicles from dealers throughout the Northeast, then diligently repair them until they are roadworthy once again and ready for purchase by local folks. My wife, another neighbor and I often bring the vehicles home. Monday afternoon we were driving north on the Thruway with a Ford F-150 we had just obtained from a dealer in Wayne, NJ when we noticed the left front tire losing air. We pulled over, discovered that the spare had no air in it, prayed, and decided to try to make it to the next exit. We proceeded slowly for miles in the breakdown lane and made it to the Harriman exit at last. Spotting a Walmart sign, we made for it. It was too far. The tire split just as we pulled into Orange County BMW's parking lot. What a "kettle of fish". Surrounded by so many shiny, premium new autos, the sad F-150 was so out of place! We shuffled disconsolently into the office and a young man jumped up to greet us. "What can we help you with?" he asked. "We are looking for a Good Samaritan," I replied. "Let's see what we can do," he responded." His name was Michael Pussilano and he indicated that he was "on loan" for three days to Orange County BMW from his own Mercedes dealership. He walked out into the cold to survey the damage, then assured us they would take charge. He then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in their waiting room. Their waiting room was warm (so welcome after spending time outside in the bitter wind!), spotless, well-lit, and featured an interesting array of magazines, classic models, accessories, and clothing. They worked on the old Ford for over an hour. Presently, Michael returned with a tire wrench in one hand and the spent cable lock from the Ford's tire carriage. He apologized because they had had to cut the cable (a necessity with ANY truck subjected to over 30 minutes of New York State's overly-salted winter highways!) and cautioned us to tighten the lug nuts on the freshly-installed spare tire after a few miles, for safety's sake. I reached for my credit card and received the shock of my life. What did we owe? "Nothing," Michael stated, "this was a complimentary service". We had found our "Good Samarian". What more could I say? None of us will ever forget the kind, thoughtful, efficient service that we found at Orange County BMW. Thank you, Orange County, for so kindly getting us back on our way. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.
