I was looking for a specific vehicle on the internet and found a few that were local. Upon inspecting these vehicles, the one Prestige had to offer was head and shoulders above the others. Car buying has changed over the years with the internet. You can check fair market value, history of the vehicle, and even reviews of the dealer. Prestige made my car purchase easy. Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I went to Sunset Auto 1/11/25 looking for a new vehicle for myself so I could give my son my truck. I had previously researched the car that I wanted online. I checked the Carfax and when I went in, I was able to test drive it and Hans was so honest respectful and I didn’t even have an appointment, but he told me to come back in an hour, and my transaction was Remarkable. This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER

David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

Thank you Erick Cover for your pacitience with an old Vet. You answered all questions above and beyond expectation. The showroom and maintenance facility just blew me away but you still need to split the profit made with my trade-in (smile). As soon as I hit a lottery I'll be back for a BENTLY.

The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.

I have never really had a great experience purchasing a vehicle, so when I made an appointment to see Kevin “Soupy” Campbell at Carolina Volkswagen to discuss a used vehicle I saw online in their inventory, I did not get my hopes up high. I honestly came to my appointment with expectations to be disappointed. My credit was not superb, and I knew that I was upside down in my Jeep Patriot. Kevin assured me that he was going to take care of me regardless of the outcome. He was so friendly and personable and the staff was so accommodating. They made sure my son had a snack and I had my caffeine  Kevin introduced me to Christina Bartolotta, the General Manager. She was downright amazing! Upon my arrival, not knowing who she was, she complimented my hair and her smile and demeanor was so genuine. The title of “General Manager”, would make you assume that this person would be too important to have a casual conversation with you or to give you a compliment in passing, but she changed that myth I had in my mind forever. She couldn’t have been more helpful. When Kevin aka Soupy advised that a new VW Tiguan was in the works for me, I couldn’t believe it! The General Sales Manager, Ernetso Bonita, worked his magic and presented me with some numbers that I could afford for this new vehicle. Ernetso and Christina both stayed late to ensure that my financing went through. They worked extremely hard over the phone with the lender to make sure all t’s were crossed and I’s were dotted. Any questions I had, they all answered before departing. I walked out of the dealership feeling accomplished and secure. There was no buyer’s remorse! I absolutely LOVE my Tiguan and this experience has left me a VW girl for life! I only have plans to purchase from Carolina Volkswagen, PERIOD! Thank you Kevin, Christina, and Ernetso for making me a believer that purchasing a vehicle can be a wonderful experience! Please see this team of individuals if you are in need of purchasing a car! Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

So my wife and I decided to go to Carolina Volkswagen and check their inventory. Glad we did. Once we arrived at the dealership we got out and started walking around looking at cars. After a few moments a salesman came out an introduced himself. His name was Chris Harmon. Chris turned out to be the consummate professional. We told him our story, and what we were looking for. He listened attentively asked a few more questions then led us over to the Passats. After looking at the New models we walked over to the Certified Pre-owned and there it was, a Passat R-Line w/Comfort Pkg. a really nice car. We took it for a test drive as well as an SUV and fell in love w/the R-Line. The rest is history we chose the R-Line. Through the whole process Chris didn’t try to pressure us or hound us into buying a car. Thank you Chris.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

If Carolina Volkswagen were a Christmas tree, Mr. Donell Richardson is the shiny star on the top of the tree. That is an interest word picture because I don’t know how we could get him fixed to stay up there! He made the entire process of purchasing a car relaxing and enjoyable. Donnell knew the details about the 2012 Toyota Highlander that we purchased and he took time to show us some cosmetic issues that we probably would never have noticed. He impressed my wife and I as a man of honesty and integrity. When we sell the Highlander, Donell is the first call that I will make to purchase another vehicle. As for the Finance Manager, I was ready to go to war with him. When buying a car it is that department that messes up any good deal that a sales person puts together. I was ready for the “hidden costs” and sneaky add-on’s, ready to argue about them. That’s just the way Finance Managers operate, you can’t turn your backs on them! Mr. Chris Gray totally upended my arguing plans! Chris was honest, upfront and,shopped for the best financing deals for us. We were impressed with his “customer first” attitude and his eagerness to work, ensuring that Donell’s deal was honored. If Donell was the star on top of the tree, Chris was the stand. Seldom seen but always working hard to hold the tree upright. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had thanks to these two fine gentlemen. Dale and Susie Austin

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.
