Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

I traded in my 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited, which I loved, for the '21 with the hope that its tech, safety features and gas mileage would justify a slightly higher price tag. It has easily surpassed my expectations. The infotainment system has tons of features, but they're still easy to use. I'm starting to use the built-in navigation more than Android Auto, which surprised me. The Highway Driver Assist (HDA) feature works seamlessly and the gas mileage is fantastic. Since the weather warmed up in March, I've been averaging over 54 MPG per fill-up (actual calculation) for a car expected to get 45/47/51. If there is one flaw, the seats are a little stiff, but the overall ride is still smooth as silk.

I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Highly recommend Larry Williams at Toyota of Lincolnwood. He's patient, caring, and knows his stuff. He was very helpful in assisting us in getting a specific car we wanted. Great at explaining all the car's perks too.

Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. His dedication truly paid off because I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I arrived pre-approved for a loan and left with a better rate after their finance dept. hooked it up. I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Purchased my 2021 during May- this car performs beautifully, the 300 horsepower car gets into traffic with such ease, the cabin room excellent- drove to Florida from New Jersey, felt like we drove only a few hundred miles, but we drove over 1500 miles one way-would drive this car without any hesitation. Plan to keep this car for many years. I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance
