Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. A car with 300 hp AND 30 mpg on the highway? Yes! Thanks, Grandpa, for your love of American cars! Thanks, Chevrolet, for making such a great car! I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.

Joe from Sicklerville now lives in Florida for 2 years my 14 Impala has 265,000 Mi on it and still runs excellent did minor repairs but still original motor transmission if you do the right maintenance on this car I expect to get at least 500,000 miles out of this car but I really do take good care of it I don't neglect anything

Before stepping inside Victory Midtown, I was skeptical of the sales tactics I would encounter at an inner-city dealership. Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to give Ricardo and Gloria the appreciation and review they deserve to expect.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

my wife and i came in to look at the mini cooper we saw online and we were very happy with the service we were given. I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.
