While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

This is a great automobile! Very quiet. I frequently when headed along quiet streets feel like i am gliding along - no noise, smooth ride. I have driven mine a bit over 100,000 miles and have not had any issues with the battery. I am still using the original brake linings. Great car. I figure that it will be my last. I believe that it will last for 300,000 miles and that at that point, I will go to a phone app and request a driverless car that will come to my door, pick me up, take me to my destination, then go to the next request in line.

Dealt with Anton (I believe ) Very low pressure. Offered his time and advice when evaluating the car. Did not pester with multiple messages and phone calls. Will definitely call him again.

I recently purchased a 2016 300C and traded in an unreliable 2012 Chevy Impala LT. There is NO comparison between the two! I Love It!

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

almost 100% trouble-free in 10 years and almost 100k miles. 45+mpg on highway. 72mpg overall since 2013. Regenerative braking means still on original brake pads... only 33k miles on gasoline engine.

We were looking for a first car for my teenage daughter so it was very important to us to find a reliable car specifically a Jeep. Bought a 2009 Honda Civic from these guys and they where great. Jose and Jorge where as transparent as anyone can be. I asked if they can let me go under the car to check for rust and other things and they accommodated me without any hesitation, even provided a flash light. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Eric is service is great. He asks before work is done. He will speak in layman's terms. Always helpful! Always works with us to get us to work.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I haven't had a car buying this pleasant since my first one way back in 1972. The entire dealership was very friendly and engaging. My wife and I were genuinely surprised. Most dealerships we had been to in search of a new car for her either seemed so money-hungry we quickly left, or were so ignorant on their own product line it wasn't worth the time to talk to them. These folks know their products, more importantly they are focused on your needs, not theirs. We were fortunate to encounter a sales person, Bill B. who was a mechanic! How often does that happen? Not once did I hear "We want to EARN your business." All I heard was what the car did, its features and benefits and what to expect. The financing and paperwork were simple. No running back and forth 17 times to 'get approval'--a tactic I deplore that is used to keep you at a place. If you are looking for ANY vehicle, stop here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Ask for Bill B. The mechanic--he will fix you up!

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.
