Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

The process is quite remarkable, after the car arrives it goes to his mechanic for a check to make sure there’s not a problem with it; every vehicle goes through that process. I have bought 2 vehicles from him and have not one single problem with them, keep up general maintenance they will last. I really like how he shared the process with her and myself, very transparent; she is 21 and this has been a great first-time car purchase experience for her, he took her step by step through the whole process. I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

They were great in every way I ended up having an emergency and didn't make it there yet but they deserve an A for their help

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

There was a little confusion at first, the address was for the detail lot, a quick call solved that problem. The Ram 1500 I was to buy was not up to my expectations. I did see another one that was acceptable to me and it was 1198.00 lower than the one I looked at. A over night letter with a check for the overpayment arrived the next morning! Over all a positive transaction.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Honestly, they really do want to make their customers happy!!! They even check up on you and the car months after you purchased!!! I purchased a car and now my family goes to them because the inventory and price is the best what we have seen yet!!!

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!
