We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.

My vehicle was delivered right to my doorstep. The Sales Manager accommodated all of my requests, and allowed me to offer a pleasant surprise for my wife on her birthday. Euro Motorcars Germantown is first class all the way. Thank you so much everyone!

I have had many issues with my car since I bought it, but Jose, a great guy is always there to help. Recently, my transmission was failing. Even though I was worried about paying a lot of money, Jose helped through the process by making sure that my extended warranty takes care of the repair. He is a wonderful person who always make sure that his customers get all the information necessary and they leave with a happy face. In addition, the whole team is amazing. Everyone is warm towards all customers and they do not hesitate to interact with anyone that walks in the service center. I truly love the hard work and the teamwork.

Mike was knowledgable, easy to work with, and he made me feel very comfortable throughout every step of the process. I've had this car for maybe 15 years. I'm the second owner. When I got it it needed axles and it ran kinda rough. Took a while to figure out the engine was hurt. The kid that had it drove it from Ventura County, to San Bernardino during one of the hottest times of the year. Well it over heated and he drove it back to Ventura instead of letting cool. I was able to get another Type S engine. Since then the car has 249k miles on it. It has a little wear on the leather, and some dings, but the paint looks great. I like my cars stock, and haven't even changed the radio. I love this car, and I hope to get a lot more miles out of it with the help of a great mechanic and TLC. Yeah, it is quick! I agree with the other revue that the dash vents could have been better thought out.

I've owned this car for almost 5 years, bought it with 104k. Now it has 230k and still running good. Never owned a car with these many miles on it. All I've done is regular maintenance and 1 oxygen sensor.(Make sure you don't buy aftermarket, won't work well) Love my car, still holding up very well and I believe I could easily get 300k or more. Was planning on selling it but I might as well keep it until it dies.

Great car overall. Outdated technology. No bluetooth music streaming in the base model. Very under rated. BIG bang for the buck. Could have had better exhaust sound. Gets good combined gas mileage.
