I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

Needed help with cost of rear wheel alignment. But salesman would not consider any help with a price drop to help me cover the alignment as was noted by mechanics.

Purchased my 2021 during May- this car performs beautifully, the 300 horsepower car gets into traffic with such ease, the cabin room excellent- drove to Florida from New Jersey, felt like we drove only a few hundred miles, but we drove over 1500 miles one way-would drive this car without any hesitation. Plan to keep this car for many years. Would highly recommend this auto would give it a 10 star rating Hope they bring back the Avalon with the amenities we have with the 2021 Avalon-- Good luck with your Avalon if you have the the privilege to own one-- Happ[y Avalon Driving!!!!

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!
