I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Called in need of a price to install a kit of cables for my wife's EOS. After several failed attempts and unreturned calls i reached Vince M late on a friday. he took the time to understand what i needed. Turns out Berge doesn't do this type of service on the convertible top but he assured me they had someone nearby who does all their work. as it was late in the day the other business was closed and Vince promised to follow up and call me with a price monday morning. Lo and behold on monday morning I got a call from Vince with the installation quote. Thanks Vince for following through on your commitment!

Very comfortable drive, leg room for 4 big adults, lots of tech features to assist driving. Also fuel economy close to 40 mpg, and visibility is very helpful when highway is packed

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! Don't buy a hybrid with a 2 liter engine if you want speed off the line. That being said, I really like my 2017 sedan. I bought it toward the end of 2020 with mileage of less than 30K, and I'm still happy with my purchase, having driven 45K plus in the past three years. I never considered a Lincoln, much less a hybrid, until my husband told me how much he liked Lincolns as business rental cars. He was not disappointed with the MKZ. I miss having a moon roof, but other luxury features are not lacking -- for the rear passengers, the usb ports, the venting, and the roominess are all positives. The surprising amenity in the front is the forward center console. It has two open compartments, accessible from either seat, no digging under the armrest for maps, tissues, gum, etc. There are lighted cup holders and more ports for docking electronics, all of which have covers to give a sleek appearance. The door pockets are also well-designed, with cup holders there as well. There are enough different displays available to satisfy preferences for what a driver considers useful when driving. I like to monitor fuel economy, and there are two or three that include that feature. The idiot icons are not intrusive, but they can be insistent. Interior placement of the hood, trunk, and fuel door releases are not intuitive, but I did eventually become accustomed. Seat memory was always difficult. I needed the tutorial every single time I had to reset it. I love the exterior column-mounted keypad for unlocking/locking at the fueling station when I leave my purse inside the car for security. The LIncoln logo after dark when you approach the car is a nice touch. The trunk, which seems to be a drawback for some, is not so for me. It has lots of space, although the configuration may be daunting to those who travel with large pullman cases. It's rather like playing Tetris, and a pullman case will fit if positioned properly, but leave the second behind, and go with duffels and smaller cases and/or garment bags. It's ideal for city travel and highway travel. I drive both, and my mileage is 41+ on average. I've taken it to Colorado, Minnesota, and Maine, but I'm otherwise a flatlander. That might account for the stellar number. I have seen it as high as 50 under the right conditions! And yes, I know the cost of replacing the hybrid battery is pricey, but I consider it a known expense that will increase the useful life of my Lincoln. I have replaced tires, the 12-volt battery, and I've had only routine maintenance. I've had no problems or issues with it. It's been completely reliable, and my dealership service has been exemplary. I'd be very happy to drive it indefinitely. I consider the hybrid the best of both worlds--gas and electric.

He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car after I spent months researching. He really knew what he was doing and gave me a wonderful experience. I would recommend CarMax to anyone!

The car is great!!! It hugs the road and looks great doing it. Lexus IS genius when it comes to building cars. Some things are just great quality and Lexus certainly is one.

I got the truck financed and took about 2 days to get everything approved. Got approved then afterwards got a better deal with lower interest rates and payment.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

Loved everything except the ability to go through snow or ability to get up our new driveway this winter. It was useless and spent most winter at bottom of hill. For being a hybrid it had more power than expected. Filled tank maybe once a month. 🎈

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast
