I bought a used F150 from the budget lot. The sales people there are great to work with and went out of their way to get me into what I needed. Jenny and John were so helpful. Unfortunately the truck had an unknown (to us) issue 10 days later which required a tow and repair at the main service facility. The service advisor there Paris dealt with a rather disgruntled me very well and with understanding getting things going and fixed very fast (Sorry Paris!). In short everyone I dealt with was top notch and they got me what I needed and everything bad that happened straightened out as quickly as possible.

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

I just traded-in my Pontiac of 7 years for a new, more fuel-efficient vehicle. The vehicle was very clean and in a well-maintained condition. Even in snowy weather there was very little delay in my arriving to the dealership's lot and an employee attending to me. The gentleman was courteous, gave me a good route to take to fully test the vehicle's capabilities (helpful since I was unfamiliar with the town) and let me loose. When presenting the vehicle's history he told me what he knew and didn't add things he was unsure of and wanted me to hear. The trade value of my vehicle was fair, perhaps not the highest figure I could hope for but the valuer gave me a clear pro-con explanation of what I could expect. What I especially liked was that he did not try to sell me their price or the vehicle I was interested in, respecting my own opinion. The vehicle was made ready for my pick-up on the day I requested. The original salesmen transferred my plates and possessions into the new vehicle in freezing temperatures while his associated finalized my paperwork- respect for my time! On top of everything, the vehicle was given added maintenance that I requested (appreciate the strong alignment!). The best thing I can say about this dealership is that they did not project their agenda on me and gave me a no non-sense, no small talk jargon. I appreciate the time they took and am confident they are in business to make money while (not in addition to) helping the consumer find a vehicle that meets their changing needs. Bought the car use with about 100k+ miles on it and I have put 20k miles in a year and still running smooth hopefully still like that for a couple more years great car overall

This is the 3rd Buick I have had including a 1995 that was replaced by a 2013 LaCrosse which I just replaced with a 2019. The cars are stylish inside & out. The last two Buicks have a very attractive interior & the instrument panel is very easy to use particularly on the 2019. The ride & interior room is very comfortable whether you are a smaller woman or a large man. The ride I find is smooth but not mushy with quick response.Love all the safety features

Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

His response was all service based and once he identified what I was looking for, he was all in; he arranged to have the vehicle I was interested in transferred to a different location, he was knowledgeable about the unit and was able to navigate the questions I had. I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I purchased a chevy impala 3 months ago and its a very good car. They are a great company to buy from.

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

Ian and Mat are great to work with! I have bought from other Billion lots before and was never blown away. Of course the sales people are nice but Nissan, and of course Ian, goes above and beyond. I was never really impressed with the financing guys, they were cordial but not really personable. I always figured maybe it was the job. Mat is great to work with and really cares about helping people and making sure they have the best offers available to them! These guys are what every dealership should hope to be. Thank you all! Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Inherited a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. 5.7L LT1. 73K miles. Flushed coolant system and installed new water pump and hoses. Some new tires, minor repairs, tinted the rear window. I live in Michigan so it only gets driven in the Summer. I pretend my grandparents are in the back seat. Such a lovely ride. Cloth top is beautiful.

We were helped very quickly and treated very well. Our salesman was very polite and made sure we didn’t wait long at all. If I had a complaint it would be the selection of vehicles but they can’t help that.

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.
