Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Can't say enough about our experience with the service department. We have a Sprinter van converted to a dog and cat grooming salon on wheels. When we are down we can't work. The service department always finds a way to get us up and moving again in the fastest possible time. Although we live only 20 mins from another dealer we choose to drive the hour plus it takes just to bring our van to the most honest, hard working dealership we have had the experience of working with. I normally don't buy used cars from dealerships because of the cost vs buying from private seller, but they happened to have a rare car that I wanted. I sent an email after hours and Mark Carofano responded promptly the next morning. They were very reasonable in the negotiation process and never tried to gouge me at any point. They even took care of a few maintenance items before handing me the car! Mark was extremely responsive and professional. When I got there he had everything ready and gave me some Mercedes swag. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured at a typical dealership. It was a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. They had ordered pizza for the staff that day and he offered me a slice. He made it feel like it was a family business! I flew to pick up my car and had a 7 hour drive and they made it totally worth the travel. Katie the finance manager was also extremely pleasant and easy to talk to! She made the paperwork process seem, well seemless! Sometimes you see 150 reviews at all 5 stars and you think well this is probably fake but the you experience it for yourself and understand how they got these ratings. This is the first and probably last review I'll ever leave for a dealership and I'm glad it was for Mark, Katie and Mercedes of New London.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Christopher Larkin was great! The whole dealership is great! Always VERY easy to deal with- but also very accommodating. Highly recommend not only the dealership - but also, Christopher Larkin, our sales associate. My husband has a very busy schedule- we did not set foot into the dealership until we came in to sign the papers. We have bought cars there previously and had no concerns about conducting the entire transaction via text and a couple of phone calls. Our experience could not have been Any better.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

I have been very happy with everyone at Prime Wheels. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I purchased one car in February and returned to purchase another in April. I live in a different state and I wanted to buy this particular car without even seeing it in person. I had some contact with a salesman but I asked foe a walk around and that never happened. So why put it on a national stage.this would have been an easy sale. Kinda of left me standing...I assumed they were in the business to sell cars..very disappointed 😞..

My 2009 Altima SE still runs great. Although the paint is dull from years under California sun. It has no problem wantsoever. I have all windows tinted to keep cool.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! The whole experience was easy and painless- Thank you SO MUCH to Lori because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!
