I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier. I had the pleasure of meeting a young gentleman named Jake at North Star Buick and GMC. Let me begin to tell you he is very attentive and set my mind at ease that they actually know what they're doing there. Didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. That's just unheard of! But then kept in contact with me the whole time made sure I understood what they found and repaired it we're as in the other Buick dealership had missed. Literally save my vehicle and repaired it with no argument. As matter of fact left me with a smile bigger than any other dealerships I've ever been to. I will purchase another car and this will be the dealership for me!

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

Leased my Acadia the process was great and as advertised service has been terrific... will definitely recommend them and use them in the future for my next lease...

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

I got my Hyundai sonata about 9 years ago.I ended up having to get a new motor in it my daughter drove it 2 years.I am driving it now my air works perfectly fine heat overall a great car I will upgrading soon to the new 2022..❤️

The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

I bought this car with about 88K miles on it. I knew with Subaru’s once they hit 100K+ they would require maintenance. I spent a bit over $9K for my car and have spent roughly right around the same to get it running the way it should be. The most recent problem was having to rebuild my entire engine due to major oil leaks. This car will last you a long time if you take care of it from the get go. Do not listen to dealerships and take it in for an inspection ASAP if you decide to purchase.

We bought our 2007 Honda Accord as a CPO car in 2010 and have had it for 13 years now. It has the V6 engine, which we found to be very reliable; the engine has never needed a repair. The automatic transmission has also been trouble-free. This is the fastest car I've owned - almost too fast for us now that we're older. Like the 2004 Accord sedan we also owned until recently, this car has been a wonderful value. We have 137,800 miles on the car now, and I really think it will last at least that many more.

This car met my daily needs my car is clean just has a complete detail inside and out including my engine. It is depended and sporty.

This car is my very first. I am happy to start with something small and economic. The trunk as a lot of room, and the interior was clean.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Man it’s 2025 and my 2005 4banger Honda accord is pushing great. Nothing but oil changes, battery change. Thing just keeps going. Current mileage 205,000… still makes it from Sacramento California to San Diego no problem.

Great car to use for daily commute. Easy to drive and gets good gas mileage. Maintenance cost are low and has been very dependable. Would recommend if you need a small commuter car.

This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I spoke with Gabe when purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul+. He showed me the vehicles I was interested, and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or afford. He actually ONLY showed me what I was interested in, which was awesome. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure. All the salesmen were super friendly and laid back. Game really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. The only issue I had was the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, which were replaced immediately and also the tires were a little on the worn side and they made an appt the next week to have them replaced. I did also notice my outlets and usb cables weren't working, which should have been resolved prior to buying, since it was certified pre owned, however the warranty will cover this to be repaired. I would definitely buy from Hertz again!

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!
