Best car I've ever owned. Quick, sporty, but not a high-end sports car. Headlight configuration suggests high-beams are always on. Bit of a gas hog around town, but great highway mileage. Completely satisfied with only minor complaints. Recommend.

I had to buy a new Honda after I totalled my last one. I hate car shopping and was already banged up and injured so was not looking forward to dealing with this. However, Allen Baer at Gerald Jones Honda was so considerate. He wasn't pushy or abrasive. He actually did research for me on all my options and emailed me ideas and honest information so I didn't waste time test driving things that wouldn't work for my family since I wasn't up to it. And he worked within our budget. He made it so I spent as little time possible at the dealership so I could get back home and rest. I first bought a car from Jay Williams. At 23, that was my largest purchase ever and he respected my preferences and budget. It was the BEST car and I?m sad it was totaled in an accident. When I was in the market again, I called him first. Due to the time I had to work with I went to another dealer and bought a car with hesitation. A week later I continued to feel unsafe in the car and reached out again. Jay and the team at Gerald Jones treated me with transparency, what I felt was lacking in my purchase a week before, and helped the best they could to make a tough situation turn around. I recommend the staff at Gerald Jones for their integrity. The new fancy building is nice, but even when they were in the trailer while construction was going on, I knew they valued the customer. Recommend them , hands down.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

We purchased a car for my daughter back in June 2022. Our sales representative was Adrian Davis who initially dealt with my husband. My husband gave Adrian our criteria for what we were looking for to include overall price, monthly payments and the overall appearance of the vehicle; she LISTENED AND DELIVERED!! He also advised Adrian that before any sales were finalized, I would have to come and inspect the vehicle and be in agreeance with the purchase. Had a horrendous trip to Augusta from PA in my daughters subaru after being serviced at home the night before. Found ourselves in a truck stop in the pouring rain in South Carolina at midnight. Started just looking at Gerald Jones with her car in the shop. She ended driving and liking a Subaru Crosstrek. They spent an hour going over the car with her, and gave her a bag of info and Subaru items. Told me I could bring in my Subaru and they would go over my car with me since I never received orientation when I bought mine. The next day we brought the car back for a molding issue. They fixed it within 30 minutes snd back on the road. She returned for questions about the car options, and they spent another hour with her to make sure she was comfortable. Being out of state, I felt like family was taking care of my daughter. I would buy from them over and over again. We are actually looking for a car for us while we are visiting family here. Drew and his staff are the best!!! It’s been a pleasure working with them…

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

After months of car shopping and one too many encounters with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my salesman, and he was really attentive to our needs and quick to respond to any issues we had. Normally  I dread going to auto dealerships and spending hours there. Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

I was in need of a car in a hurry. My old car was running hot and had a slipping transmission. I went to them and they helped me. They were very patient with me and worked with me in a favorable way since I was very upset when I arrived. My customer service person, YD, was very helpful and down to earth. I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

I had never purchased a vehicle - site unseen / over the phone - but I did with Omar’s and it was a fabulous experience! Omar and Dave were so thorough, honest and trusting. After a FaceTime video of the car, I wired the money and the deal was final. It was so quick and easy. Omar delivered the car, next day as I was approximately 2 hours from Augusta! Everything was what they told me over the phone. I had a very minor concern after the delivery and when Dave texted that evening to see if I was satisfied, I shared the concern and he immediately accommodated me. Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

It went well I would recommend to a friend and come again. They didn't take a long time and he made sure I was comfortable and I am glad that they worked on my car.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

The Duo I spoke with over the phone was very kind and listen to what I had to say unfortunately he did not have the vehicle I was interested in nor could he help me with any other vehicle I think him for time I'm on a strict budget and I could not afford any of the other trucks.
