We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

So nice car so fast so much options and futuristic it’s future world of cars performance, AMG I would recommend it for smart people it’s great

Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.

My vehicle was delivered right to my doorstep. The Sales Manager accommodated all of my requests, and allowed me to offer a pleasant surprise for my wife on her birthday. Euro Motorcars Germantown is first class all the way. Thank you so much everyone!

Not a bad car if you can afford it, meaning $130 oil changes, 250 to 500ea. for tires. Preamina gas only. I bought it used with 80k miles, now I have 131K. The follow are the issues I've had. Bad rear tires because of the rear suspension. The back chrome part of the door handles cracking and falling off. Fortunately I was able to recover and glue back on. TPMS sensor bad. Paint on hood and truck fading really bad. No issues with the engine or transmission. Rides like a dream and the 420hp feels great on the interstate.

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.
