I was completely satisfied with my service under the new management, Mallory, formerly known as Jim Price Chevrolet of Charlottesville, VA.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I had the good fortune of working with Marco (salesman) at Valley Nissan. He didn't follow me around the car lot. He asked if we needed some help while we were looking. Marco stayed just far enough away so when we were ready for help he was there to help us. Marco has a way with customers that cause you to feel at ease and know that he is going work very hard to get you the great deal your looking for. He is just a great salesman. If you find yourself at Valley Nissan, you should ask for Marco.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I have purchased two cars from them so far and each experience was a satisfactory one! From buying my first car on my own to trading it for a newer one they have amazing customer service and want each customer to leave happy! Have a 2004 Chevrolet Impala 3.4 motor I've had for 5 years it's got 210,000 Mi on it it's a good car transmission's good Motors excellent don't use any oil I've had a little trouble with the fuel and getting it right but other than that that's minor stuff it's been a real fine car for me

On a road-trip from NW PA to NC my Sorento engine decided to go in Baltimore, MD. We had family in Harrisonburg, VA so we left my car at a mechanic in Baltimore while we decided what to do. So glad we did! I called 3 different dealers in the Baltimore area and not one would work with us on the trade or help figure out what to do about my Sorento engine. Steven Kia was able to give me 2k in trade (seriously, the engine was toast) and had my poor Sorento towed the 2.5hrs to their dealership! Cole was able to get us into a 2023 Sportage the same day and we were able to safely get to NC and then back up to NC. As much as I LOVED my Sorento, this new Sportage rides like a dream and the features are fantastic. Not sure what we would have done had it not been for Steven Kia!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My 1st 7 series, I gotta be honest though… “ I didn’t want it at 1st”. It wasn’t my 1st choice on the lot, I was going after the Porsche Panamera”. However, that car was an absolute failure on the transmission, the dealer did take it back & I got in the 2013 740i. Great choice. I love the comfort after a long day at work, it’s actually great on gas, I love the fact you can go in the settings and change the drive mode into a BEAST! An ABSOLUTE HEAD TURNER! Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

We bought our 2012 VW Passat brand new and now it only has 80,000 miles on it. It has only needed tires, battery, and regular maintenance. Equipped with the five-cylinder engine it could use more power but has not used a drop of oil since we have owned it.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

Due to the torque of vehicle I suggest you take a safety driving course as well as keeping tire maintenance in upkeep! Because the rain will challenge your driving skills!

Recently went in for routine service on my 2012 Honda CR-V and ended up trading that in on a 2016 Honda CR-V!!! Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

My experience with Steven Kia service is always excellent. The service department is very welcoming. Emily is always friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long for vehicle maintenance. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend to others!

Having been a Jaguar junkie since the 1987 here I go again video by whitesnake I've owned a 99 xj8, a 2000 Vanden Plas and have now just purchased an 06 xj8l. Once you read the manual and learn all of the bells and whistles this car has to offer it rapidly becomes an extremely outstanding driving experience. From the moment you step into the car and begin your journey you instantly feel better about being you A+++ couldn't ask for more!!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.
