I love this company! We had the absolute worst experience ever from a competitor of theirs. I called up Joe Bruno for advice as I was completely unsure what could be done. Long story short? They took on all the problems as if they were the cause of it even though it was a different dealer. They fixed all theb problems and convinced this client to use their service department rather than the service dept where we got the car even though that dealer have so called free oil changes. I'd much rather have honesty that I pay for then a lie that is supposed to be free but boy did that company find a way to make money on your do called free oil changes. Princeton is honest, thorough and polite. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there was just as professional as the next. Why go anywhere else?

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. In June 2021 I got a beautiful new Sonata with all the bells and whistles, including a sunroof. Shortly afterward I became very ill with my physician recommending that I not drive. I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I received immediate and thorough service. The service area is clean, comfortable and stocked with snacks, water and coffee, all complimentary. The service rep was friendly and very clear about the service provided and explaining the services needed in the near future.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I have shopped many dealer's and found that they took the time to show me, what I was getting for the money. I also was explained all about the vehicle and the rewards system and how it works. And the sales lady was very helpful and made the purchase very easy!

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....
