I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

Even though I did not buy the vehicle I went to look at, I was treated with the utmost respect by the dealership and Chris, the salesman who worked with me. You can definitely tell the difference between sales people when you go to a Mercedes Benz dealership! I only wish they could have certified the Subaru Ascent I looked at because it was really a great deal. When I look for my next vehicle, it will include looking at Mercedes Benz because the cars they had were stellar! Just not the right time this time! Thanks for the experience!

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

This vehicle is the ultimate combination of safety, luxury, style, and functionality. Every feature is clearly well thought out and engineered to be highly functional and comfortable with the only exception being the rear door locks. If you have a child who may have been blessed with an extra dash of spice, as my child once was, this feature could be a nightmare. On the rear doors there is a lock button feature which prohibits the rear doors from being opened from outside of the vehicle. Imagine going to the dentist with a defiant 5 year old who has figured out what that button does. That single odd feature aside, this car is a dream to drive. I traveled 7 hours through 4 states from the dealership to my home as this was the only dealership that has my dream car available and purchasing sight unseen was not appealing to me. Any long distance trip in the past has required stopping to stretch and walk to ease back pain every 90 to 120 minutes at the maximum and would still result in extreme back pain the next day. Not in this car. Seven hours. Two quick stops of five minutes or less to use restroom facilities and I was back on the road. I didn’t hurt. That was the best drive of my life. The seats are so perfectly ergonomically engineered that you are completely supported and comfortable. The dash features are equally impressive and the massive amount of technology at your fingertips is astonishingly user friendly. The car is also equipped with sun shades on both rear passenger windows as well as the rear view window. The rear view window is push button controlled from the driver console and the three screens used together provide an optimal shaded environment for tech use and children. The vehicle is perfect for my family of three as well as my commuter vehicle and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Volvo family. I’ll never own anything but in the future.

The message on my dash read, No Traction. All I needed was to change the spark plugs. Jeremiah, who inspected my car could have charged me for a repair I didn't need, but at Crivelli's they are very honest. The work done was very good. My car ran better than when I first purchased it used. KUDOS to Crivelli for their honesty and good service!!!!!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.
