I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Drove 2.5 hrs and it was well worth it. They made the experience pretty easy.

If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare.  Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution.  Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely.  That is customer service! I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Has it all and gives you great complements along the way. I am still figuring out all of the gadgets. The interior of the M5 is impeccable along with the twin turbo allows you to pass everyone and look good doing it.

This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

Best car to buy very reliable hardly no problems and I'm sad a man crazy driving hit my 2009 Mercury Milan and I'm sad no longer runs from accident. But I'm going to buy another one just like it very dependable car.

Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.

Car buying has ALWAYS been a stressful experience. No matter how prepared I am, the grand cacophony of texts and emails is overwhelming. This time around was no exception...until...Mike from Nissan of Macomb rose above the hubbub. He didn't send a message that said, "Call to schedule a drive" like all the others. Instead, he answered our initial inquiry about a specific car. Rather than simply saying it was "available" he took the time to detail the entire cost so we knew immediately that it was in our family's budget. This is how we prefer to work. His attentiveness "drove" us to start our physical search at Nissan of Macomb. The dealership was clean and we were welcomed immediately. Throughout the entire process Mike was kind, professional and patient. He answered our questions, listened to what we were looking for and was never pushy. We had come in a couple of hours before closing and never felt rushed to leave. Our first choice in vehicle was available on site and he pulled it around for us himself. The other two were not available, but he brought out one of their equivalents. He took his time explaining features and answering our questions. He also encouraged us to take a test drive for longer than we'd planned. We loved the car that was our first choice. We'd come in with pre-approved financing from our bank. However, Nissan is running end-of-month incentives and we were able to get a better rate through Nissan. Mike took us to the reception area, showed us the window where we could see the service area and offered us refreshments. While sitting there to wait for our application to be processed, I realized we had grossly underreported our income. I ran to find Mike in a panic. That's when I met Noah who was very friendly and professional. He found Mike for me within moments of my talking to him. Mike took me to Corey who was just about to send our application. My adrenaline was rushing so my thought process was slowed. Corey and Mike stood with me while I calmed down and Corey (who was also incredibly friendly) worked through the math with me. I mean, I was totally frazzled and both of them were so incredibly helpful and patient. Our application was processed quickly and before we even realized it, our new car was taken for detailing. We knew when we started this process that we wanted to buy soon. We had done our homework, but we honestly hadn't thought that we would go in and come out with our car the same night. Mike guided us through everything remaining friendly and patient the whole time, even as it grew past closing time. We were taken to do our paperwork. I believe the gentleman who helped us is named, Richard, but I was so tired at that point I may have that wrong. So sorry if I do. "Richard" guided us through the paperwork without being pushy and was very professional. At this point, I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but we were still treated so well by every single person we met. Corey even came out to congratulate us on our new car as Mike was handing us the keys and going over a few features. I know this review is long, and perhaps won't be thoroughly read by consumers, but I hope the owners and managers of Nissan of Macomb do read every word. Mike, Corey, Noah and Richard as well as everyone else we encountered were absolutely wonderful. We are thrilled with our purchase and the entire process. We look forward to continuing our relationship through the service department and will make this our first stop when it's time to replace our other car. Thank you for making what is typically a very anxiety provoking process for me run seamlessly. This is a gem of a dealership!

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

There was absolutely none our the “usual” high pressure salesmanship, with repeated phone calls and messages.I already know where my next car will be purchased from.

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

My 2010 consistently gets 46mpg on the highway, 2.0 with automatic. Bought new, only run Mobile1 full synthetic 5w30. Great little car, should last 300k easy!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Love my car. Everyone turns around looking at it. It's a headturner. The heated seats and steering wheel is my favorite but starting up with air conditioning on in this Texas heat is the best. I have MS and it helps me out the most. Have had it for 7 years and still love it!!!
