I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I recommend Old Orchard Nissan, is the BEST place to service a Nissan! Gary is an incredible Manager, that leads a great team of Service Consultants that have wonderful Customer Service skills like Daniel and Mary. Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

The sales staff at Cannon Motors of Laurel were polite and courteous. 10/10 will recommend! They listen to your needs and put your words into the perfect vehicle.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Excellent customer service from Kristian. Had questions about a few functions on the car and they were demonstrated to me and answered perfectly. The video provided by the auto tech was very helpful.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience at McGrath Toyota because of my Service Rep Evan. Not only was he personable and friendly, Evan also had infinite kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I just bought my 4th Hyundai. It is a 2025 Hybrid Tucson and I couldn't be happier. Mayweather Shorter is my sales specialst and the most awesome. Even though it was a long process from beginning to end, everything went smoothly. Mayweather explained how to work all the bells and whistles and what every button was. I want to share the fantastic experience we had while purchasing our new Lexus GX from Lexus of Naperville. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Very competitive price and willing to negotiate. Good overall experience. Edwin was a great sales person and he has followed up already a few times to ensure we are happy and have everything we need. Would highly recoomend.

When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

I have bought a few vehicles from Team, they do a good job with process to keep things moving, worked with Rick and Ritchie , like my new Tacoma.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.
