They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Todd helped us buy our new car. After seeing other cars and dealerships coming to Highline was refreshing. He was so pleasant and very prompt during the testing of vehicles. Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Once again Napoli came through for me I was able to trade my 2019 Optima that I bought from them they paid my loan and put me in a 2025 Seltos the perfect car for me. I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

I purchased my SEL from a dealership with only 13k miles. Great Value with every option you can get in a car the only thing it doesn't come with is a Heads Up Mph Display. The Fender Speakers System with Apple Car Play sounds rich. It has Wifi Bluetooth ,Heated back seats, Trunk Release by Foot, Remote Start, Rain Sensing wipers, auto dim rearview mirror. Door Entry lights auto, unlocks car automatically with a push button start. I wish the engine had more muscle. Overall so far 4.5 Stars

Took my 2015 SL400 in to correct a faulty trouble signal. Vehicle was taken right in and was promptly hooked up with a loaner. The issue was resolved by the end of the day and I picked it up next day. It all went smoothly.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.
