Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

I recently bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from them. The car itself is in excellent condition, just as described, and I got a great deal. I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

Fun, fast and fuel friendly (when not applying the first 2 adjectives :)) I have owned 3 Civic SIs before this WRX. Take the SIs + more power and AWD and you have a WRX for roughly the same price. Reliability> I put it a few ticks below the Honda (I don't see these going 200,000 + problem free miles as my previous Hondas), but I would still consider it reliable. Easy to maintain with the oil filter right on top. Looking forward to owning another Subi down the road.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. The finance manager was helpful and worked with us to assure we were happy with the extended warranty. Service for my other Jeep has been quick an easy. Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!
