Have had my 2011 Saab 9 3 XWD Serviced Several Times. They try to do the best they can considering that GM Screwed Saab by forcing them to File Bankruptcy. Have appointment for 07/29/2023 to check car out.

Even though I needed routine service, they got me in right away. Andrew Weinberg took over from there and my car was back in my garage in no time. Eric Gray called while the car was in service to make sure everything was okay. What customer service!

Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell. As far as the car, I've only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturer's warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. Amazing car! Bought it with about 92k miles on it almost a year ago. Great reliability so far, no issues at all. Very well maintained, my only issue is that it doesn't have Bluetooth, which, I know, it's a minor thing, but my old car had it (2013 base Subaru Forester, -10/10 do not recommend). The Legacy still drives like brand new, and is very comfortable on the highway and backroads. Decent gas mileage for the age, averaging around 25 in the city and 32/35 on the highway. No issues with the CVT, either. Not even showing signs of wear, after more than 10 years and 100k miles! Built to last!

Our Salesman, Chris H was fantastic. He was the helpful right from the gate. Patiently showed us the many cars we wanted to look at and addressed minor issue with our pick. I'd definitely work with Chris again!

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

I made a long drive to look at a specific car. Lo and behold they actually did hold it for me! They were transparent about everything, no high pressure sales tactics, it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. The price was fair, and the finance team didn't pressure-upsell either. I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Mike Rinke was a good salesman for our purchase. Honest, and helpful to us in buying our new Telluride. He asked what we were looking for and where we felt comfortable per month. He was not pushy and no pressure to hurry to buy the first thing we seen. His product knowledge and experience was a great advantage to have when purchasing a new vehicle.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

I have owned BMW's since 1984 and when I moved to Columbus I dealt with MAG. I switched from MAG to Kelly BMW for service and have never been more pleased with a service dept. Gordon Rhea and the entire service team do everything they can to make the experience a pleasant and positive one. Whatever service is required is explained in detail and typically a loaner car is available. To me, Gordon Rhea is Kelly BMW. He is a great asset to a great company.

Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

Kayla is a great sales person she is very patient kind attentive and knowledgeable I would suggest anyone to visit Auto boutique and ask for kayla!

The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.
