Allow me to start out by saying I LOVE MY BABY (my 2009 VW cc)! I bought my CC in 2018 from a car lot. It has black exterior and black and light tan interior! She's a beautiful sight to see. I can't see why the previous owner got rid of it. I am the second owner and the Carfax checked out perfect. It drives like a new vehicle. Here's how everything took place. My daughter and I went shopping for me a vehicle. We looked and test droved many vehicles but nothing was catching my eyes neither was I feeling the vehicles. Well, we had decided that we were done looking for the day and we'll go looking again tomorrow. But as we were getting ready to leave my daughter saw this car hidden in the cut as if they were trying to hide it. My daughter loudly said mom, look at that car over there how do you like it? I said OMG, it looks beautiful from here. So we got closer to the vehicle and it was history from that point on. I felt in love with it. But I had to make sure there wasn't any major issues with the vehicle. I test drove I test drove and I test drove it, I inspected it, inspected it and inspected it (lol 😂). I never owned a foreign car before. Before we started test driving the vehicle I asked the salesman if he can put more gas in the vehicle because we're gonna go for a long test drive (I was always told that they keep a small amount of gas in the vehicle to prevent the customers from wanting to test drive longer). I asked him why was the car hidden away? He said that a man wanted to purchase it but he hasn't came to do so yet. While I was doing the paperwork on the vehicle the man and his wife showed up to purchase the vehicle. They had some words with each other and I remember the salesman telling him " I waited for you to show up even tried to hide the car so no one could see it but you never showed up at the time you said you would so I had to sell it". Now back to my story. My CC was and still ranks at a top 10 from the inside and outside. It had over 100,000 miles and it runs like a champ. I did the normal things to it like changed the oil, gave it a tune-up. I did have an issue with the carbon buildup of which when I took it to Volkswagen they said it would be a 3,000 job. I said are you crazy and the devil is a lie😂😂 I did some research on YouTube and discovered that I could put this stuff (I can't remember the name of the stuff I used) in the gas tank and the line to blow it out and it WORKED (cost a little over 10.00 dollars for a can). I had to replace a small hose leading to the radiator because it was brittle and it callapsed. I also had to replace the oil sensor which was a few dollars (VW said they would replace it for hundreds of dollars but I did it myself (very easy to do). I also had to have a bulb to one of the headlights replaced (I went on and let a shop do it for 40.00, VW said it would be over 100.00). Those are the only issues I've had with my beautiful CC. I get a lot of compliments from people all the time. People have even taken pictures of my CC. She's beautiful I tell you. People will often ask me, what kind of car is this I've never seen anything like it before, it is beautiful? When I tell them it's a 2009 they just cannot believe it. I have to admit, I ran across an amazing deal when I purchased my cc. I believe that the previous only used it to go on road trips alone because the back seats and the passenger seat looks like they've never been sat it at all. I keeps it very clean. When people opens the door to get in they say WOW this is a beautiful clean car on the inside and the outside. My CC is loaded with everything and I'm constantly learning more and more features about it. Yes I have the camera on the back. This is the best car I've ever own and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Oh, by the way she (NettyB my car) looks even more glamorous with her eyelashes. Yes you heard correctly, she wears eyelashes 😂😂.(eyelashes for cars). I will have to invest in getting some more tires in about another year. I love the fact that I don't have to pay to have my vehicle washed anymore because being a VW owner I get free carwash service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 2009 VOLKSWAGEN CC TO EVERYONE!!! Make sure you get a good one. Oh, did I mentioned that I work on cars myself? That's why I was able to do a good drive testing and inspection of the vehicle and the work that needed to be done. almost 100% trouble-free in 10 years and almost 100k miles. 45+mpg on highway. 72mpg overall since 2013. Regenerative braking means still on original brake pads... only 33k miles on gasoline engine.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. Selden was good as always. This is the third vehicle that I bought from them... and will likely buy more if I can by the grace of God. Don't buy a used vehicle if you don't understand that it is a mechanical piece of equipment that has a tremendous number of moving parts and will have failures. (but really... I've had no issues with the BMWs I've bought from Selden.) Selden has always delivered a top notch, ready to drive vehicle that has been detailed so that it looks new. I think Scott has been in the business for a long time. The first car I bought from him was about 14 years ago when they were in Conshohocken... a 2008 BMW 328xi Sport Wagon. Then (of all things) an i3 REX which I've used as a daily driver for close to 4 years. And now an X5 with an N55b engine. Rich does a stand up job with financing and with getting you into a warranty that will keep your purchase running well. The warranty prices are fair and bring peace of mind on the purchase for only a small increase on the monthly payment. That said - Thank you Scott and Rich for making another purchase experience great! Keep up the good work - you have an excellent and desirable inventory at all times... and I keep an eye on it for my next BMW.

Without a doubt the most fun luxury car I've owned. Everyone has warned me about how much it costs to fix. I'd like to confirm or dismiss their predictions, but nothing has broken. Other than expensive oil changes and different sized tires that can't be rotated, I haven't done anything but put gas in it.

This is my third 9-5 sport combi. searched for 4 months to find the right one. I put 102K miles on the last one, and look forward to at least that many on this one. purchased with 87K on it. Cost per mile of the last car excluding gas, maintenance, etc. was $.14/mile.

Xavier was the salesman who assisted me in the purchase. I had already scouted out some cars online. They have a great website with everything you need to know about the cars. They even have the Carfax info for the cars. Xavier did a good job of keeping things rolling for me on a busy Saturday. I bought the car that most fit my needs and they worked with me to get me the price that fit my budget.

Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!
