On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Kirby Kia. They really make it nearly impossible for me to consider taking my business anywhere else.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Kirby Kia. I shopped around at 5–6 different dealers, told each of them exactly what I wanted, and asked for everything to be prepped so I could get in and out quickly. Kirby is the one that truly delivered. Deanna (sales) and David Kim (finance) made the whole process absolutely seamless. They secured the exact specs I wanted and gave me the best pricing—saving me from having to drive 3+ hours to chase a deal elsewhere. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Kirby Kia of Ventura and loved how helpful and honest they were. We worked with Guillermo and Samantha. I had called different dealerships to just get realistic quotes and was very impressed with how honest and clear their quotes are. We ended up going with this dealer as well because they were so helpful with all the details- they were fair with what they offered us for the vehicle we wanted to trade in, we didn’t want to drive 2 hours away to go to their dealer so they offered to deliver our car for a fee. Rudy, who delivered our car was very helpful when we were signing papers. David from Finance was also very clear as he went through the paperwork with me over the phone the day before the car was delivered. Overall, we are very pleased with the service, the honesty, and the care that was put into us buying our new family car! Just picked up a 2022 KIA Forte GT Line for my wife. Car has outstanding pick up for a 147hp engine. I don't find any difference in performance in changing the various driving modes available though. The fuel economy isn't bad either. We're seeing an average of 34mpg and that is mostly highway driving. Rear leg room in the back seats is perfectly adequate for adults. We have a child's booster seat in the rear passenger side and I have plenty of leg room up front at my 5'11 height. Trunk is very spacious. I can fit two large and one smal suitcase inside it. Interior is pretty high end for a $26k car. Leather seats are well made. Layout of the dash is nice. My only complaint is something lacking on all cars made now. I miss my in-dash CD player. Sorry, I like my tunes and CD case. Overall I would recommend this car to anyone seeking something fun to drive that is both sporty and also economical at the same time. We've only had the car a couple of weeks and have gotten a number of passing positive compliments from strangers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 While Browsing I haven’t bought a car yet, but every time I stop by Chevy SB the team gives me their time and answers everything I ask. Merwan especially goes above and beyond — he even brings out new and used cars for me to check out from home . I’m still taking my time and browsing at my own pace, but overall it’s been a solid experience and I appreciate the patience and help from him and the whole team.

Excelente automóvil me encanto lo recomiendo en un 100%, para todo aquel que siempre a soñado tener un auto deportivo y a la vez familiar aquí está el apropiado, buen manejo confiabilidad y sobre todo su exterior tiene buena forma, en cuanto al manual con caja de 6 velocidades, su interior también está muy bien, destaca su pantalla táctil enorme, creo que no se arrepentirán de tenerlo y si ya lo tienes sigue disfrutándolo

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

Great service. They always have a package deal for oil changes. I feel like the service is fast. Saturdays are a little busy but other than that, no issues.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

One of the best cars I’ve ever owned. This was my wife’s car and we just got her a newer model. I currently own 3 of these they are great cars. I have a gold one and my daughter has a black one.
