I love this company! We had the absolute worst experience ever from a competitor of theirs. I called up Joe Bruno for advice as I was completely unsure what could be done. Long story short? They took on all the problems as if they were the cause of it even though it was a different dealer. They fixed all theb problems and convinced this client to use their service department rather than the service dept where we got the car even though that dealer have so called free oil changes. I'd much rather have honesty that I pay for then a lie that is supposed to be free but boy did that company find a way to make money on your do called free oil changes. Princeton is honest, thorough and polite. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there was just as professional as the next. Why go anywhere else?

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I do retrofit on cars and motorbikes. Since I dismantle and put them together again I know every car in the market. There are brands like the German that they just sell a good name because they made people believe they produce a good product. This isn't the case. there are many honest people out there who will tell you how many problems they have with their Mercs BMW and Audi after owing them more than 2-3 years. With Lexus you get exactly what the brochure say! No less and is trouble free, this is important. The 450h is fast and furious very comfortable loaded with anything you like to have. the only problem you may have is the boot space of an average hatchback like a Mazda3. this car travels on batteries in total silence.

He explained in detail all the options without putting any pressure on financial service contracts like most dealers. Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.
