The only reason I am giving this dealership 5 stars is because of the service advisor, Eric Williams. Eric is the only advisor that picks up his phone, returns calls, is kind, efficient, professional, and truly cares. The other advisors never return calls. The service manager, Chris, also does not reply or return calls. They have lost selling me service contracts because they will not reply. Chris, the service manager, is always asking how can we gain your service again. Well, perhaps by providing stellar customer service which would include calling customers back especially if they ask for the manager. Mercedes Benz has not been the same since Ruben Santiago left.

Eugene made our car buying experience comfortable and easy. Great selection of vehicles. Well worth the drive from Citra.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Fun daily driver with nice response time. The exterior is sharp (especially compared to the new models). The exhaust has a great throaty tone to it. My biggest complaint is the interior air controls. All subarus have them and they are not intuitive.

This car has met all my needs. I love how the suv is not too big or too small, the interior and all the technology really blows me away.

I bought my last vehicle from them and it was a easy experience. They didn't play dealer games and I felt they were no were honest and up front. I didn't end up buying this time because I decided to hang on to my car longer but they were very cool about it. Will definitely buy there in the future.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Overall my experience was great, I had to wait on my car while it was being serviced due to battery replacement and an oil change that needed to take place. The waiting experience was not bad, it was done and less than two hours. Cristopher, my service representative kept me updated, throughout the process, and was very polite . No complaints, the prices are decent, and overall customer experience was nice.

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

Purchasing was a very fluid and easygoing experience which is what I genuinely looked for. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I own the 2005 jaguar S type 4.2V8 for 13 years. I drove it until it had 215,600, and it still drives like butter! I had to replace the water pump at 64k mile, radiator at 110k, timing chain, serpentine belt, and gasket at 125k. After that, it's been routine oil and brake changes. I recently retired it to my garage and I'm about to donate it to colleague at work, but I'm looking for another to buy now since I'm considering donating. Such an amazing vehicle that has done me well. I have no regrets irrespective, of the little challenges I had incurred, owning this vehicle. I could go through with it again.

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

The Salesman Will was amazing and where else can you get concierge service like this, the managing partner drove me back home to grab my title and when I brought up a prior deal issue over a deposit on a vehicle he actually listened and took care of it. I can tell you that the changes at Falcon Motor Group are on point. The owners care and will keep buying cars there. Will walked me through the Bentley Speed over and over, no pressure sales and after extensive driving I realized it was the car for me. Two Lamborghinis and a Bentley from Falcon and I can tell you I feel better today about buying a fourth. They are Stand Up people and surely stand out in the crowd. I wrote an earlier review about some misunderstadings concerning a car i bought from Falcon. The review wasn't particularly flattering. The dealership reached out to me (prior to the review even being published) and handled the problem.

Futuristic, its not for thise that are not for those who are not into learning technology and its options. If you like tech snd new experiences this is it, better than my tesla to be honest luxury and feeling try it gor yourself.

i bought a lexus gs300 from this dealer. the process was easy and did not feel pressured at any point. they let you take the vehicle to a local mechanic as well. i left a deposit on the car for 3 days so it did not sell while i was waiting to get there. the deposit went to the purchase price. Zac and ito were amazing and made the process painless for me.

I've owned one of these for just over a year and put about 10,000km on it (225,000 to 235,000). The good: -Performance is amazing and the car has plenty of pep. -Handling is phenomenal and it feels lighter than it is. You can really toss this thing around without issue. -Interior looks sharp, although mine is beginning to wear a little; still, good condition for the year. -Very minimal rust especially given the age and mileage. -Interesting and unique exterior design (it doesn't really look like anything else on the road). -Amazing visibility thanks to large windows, minimal tint, and a low "belt line." -Good steering feel; I always felt like I knew what was going on. The bad: -The 6-speed manual has slightly jerky shifts and is geared very low. Nissan recommends shifting into 6th gear at only 80km/h so highway driving it done at a high RPM. -The clutch has a long, stiff travel and an abrupt bite-point right in the middle. You have to move your left foot up two inches, carefully ease the next inch, and then up the rest of the way. I got used to it, but it's a challenging manual compared to most. -Side mirrors are weirdly small; I had to rely on the windshield-mounted mirror a lot more than on other cars (thankfully rear-visibility is exceptional). Summary: An excellent drivers car. I found it very engaging and driving it was always a blast. Sad to have to let it go, but mine was not well taken car of by previous owners and has too many small (often cosmetic) issues to be worth completely repairing.
