I brought this car in 2019 maybe around 48,000 miles at the Honda certified dealership also a plus my car came with a lifetime warranty ( as long as I have the car in my name the deductible warranty is only $100 off anything on my car that needs broken). On the 3rd year of having my car the hybrid battery went out, over $3,000 part and labor thank you Jesus I had that warranty only paying $100. Then my ac compressor went out only $100 with the warranty cost. No other problems at all and it’s 2025 and paid for. If you get this car please get an warranty package if not your in for a high bill.

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

I don’t normally give a review, due to it is hard to “WOW” me. But this business and Metz were amazing!!! When you go to most car lots, it’s always the sale pitch and then the running back and forth to the finance dept blah blah.. and you spend so much time there that it’s annoying!!! I ha a dealership lose out on over 100,000 in sales because of that!!! Time flies s money and my time is worth it no t to have to go through that Here was not t the case!! They were easy going, professional and actually fun to talk with! No xx. Told them what I wanted took great care of me and my husband left happy which is rare within it self!! I encourage everyone reading this if looking oking for a car to stop by and see them and see for yourself!!! They might not have what you might be looking for, but I bet money they will do what they can to try to get it for ya!!! This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

My uncle had a 2008 and he always had it in his garage . When he passed I got it and the dash in front around the passengers airbag the dash is peeling up and also peeled up around defrost.

They did a Great job and worked for me as I asked. Everything was ready when I got there.

Only trouble I’ve had is with the relay in the rear fuse box under the back seat.. I found a video on YouTube regarding this issue. It should be recalled. Very poor design in placing the fuse box. Had to replace the fuse box, and modify my seat to not press against the cover which burns out the relay in the fuse box. Should’ve been a shorter relay.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

2014 Malibu has been the perfect car. 355,000 miles and still going strong. Only minor repairs (wheel bearings, 1 O2 sensor and a valve timing solenoid), all preventative maintenance, and 33mpg lifetime average. Drivers seat is worn but all else is still in good condition.

Quattro holds the corners like no other car I have driven hard! 2.0T tuned to 300hp with a manual transmission is just fun. No deed to get the S model. But may want the avant wagon A4 for the family or even A6.

Traded a Mercedes S Class for the Genesis 4.6 w/tech pkg when it first came out in 2009. Other than one set of tires and a battery...no faults whatsoever. Ride is better than “S” Class. 4.6 lt V8 is smooth and powerful. You simply can’t beat the value.

We Had been searching for the right Kia Soul (manual) for a few months. Had a couple bad experiences at other places after driving 2 hours for a car that was not in the shape as the salesman had described. TJ was honest about any imperfections on the car and was pleasantly surprised with how clean the car was when we got there. I have owned the 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid for 10 years and it is extremely reliable. I have 120k miles on the car. No major problems outside of replacing the front and rear brakes. The most I do is change the oil and filters as needed. I recently drove 550 miles on one gas tank in the winter! The worst thing about the car is the suspension. It does not have a cushy, soft ride over bumps. I spent money replacing the suspension with the 2016 Avalon Hybrid suspension to soften the ride, somewhat. It could be better. Also it cannot do tight turns and sometimes feels boaty around turns. But these are minor problems because I never have to take it to the shop for anything besides maintenance.

I owned an '06 Cadillac DTS money green w/tan top all the excesseries, collum shifter. I loved that car so much I regret letting it go. The only thing an I mean only thing I think could be better on it, is if it were rwd. I swear to God I'ma get me another one!!!!!!

Great car. It had an after market receiver that was no good. I told them it was a deal breaker and they bought a good one for it, installed it and the back up camera I bought since my baby will need it. Very nice and excellent fuel mileage.

I drove an hour and a half from Columbus to get to Busam Nissan because they had a hard-to-find used car that I'd been looking for. After taking the car for a test drive and learning something about its history (with help from a free Carfax report), I realized it was in good shape and a good deal. Busam then made it possible for me to take the car home the same day by giving me a trade-in allowance on my ancient Corolla and being flexible on the financial details. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including salesman Jelani Khamisi and finance officer Brian Corry. It was a good experience all around.

Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏
