I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I traded in my Dodge Challenger for something that gets better gas mileage. Let me say first that I was skeptical about trading in a car for fear of losing value. They saw that my car was very well taken care of and offered more than I was expecting for trade in value! I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I just wanted to say, I was a little hesitant at looking for a classic truck so far from home to show in memory of my 41 year old son who passed suddenly two years ago. I will say Vaughn and his team are the best. He made everything right an worked beyond to make this happen for me. Great man and great family man.

I have a 2005 Grand Marquis LS, and this care is awesome! I did modify it slightly with a K&N cold air induction and custom made dual stainless steel exhaust. The car is so great for cruising because it is like sitting in your living room on the couch.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

From the first email to the dealer to me signing papers my experience was excellent. I am from St.louis Missouri and I had never even heard of Salem Illinois so I was slightly hesitant to deal with someone out of town. However my mind was eased when I received an almost immediate response from Matt Reid of Schmidt Ford. He was very honest and forthright with details regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I couldn't afford to make more than one trip so all the details of the sale were has he out before I arrived which made it easy for to make the trip. When I got there the dealership was small but clean and professional. Matt Reid was waiting for me with the truck ready to test drive and a big smile. I was really nervous because I had only seen pictures and you never know what was hiding. As soon as I laid eyes on the truck I was overwhelmed with relief and excitement. I test drove it and it ran great! I went to sign papers and j was relieved at how quick and simple schmidt ford was set up to operate. Having my sales person also be the finance person was awesome it saved the extra time and wait and I was already comfortable with Matt and trusted him. Everything with deal was perfect and I will look there first for future purchases! To top it all off Matt called me on Monday after the purx base to make sure I was enjoying the truck and that I was still happy with it. I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

A great family owned business, We were planning to head to Maple Motors in Tennessee if we could not find a single cab Chevy Silverado long bed in this particular lt. blue color with 5.3. I bought this Dart used. It was a one-owner car with 26,970 miles. The fit and finish are excellent. Amazing standard features for a car of the original MSRP. The car's looks are still current 9 years after production ceased. It normally gets around 25-30 MPG. My only complaint is the Hyundai 6-speed automatic as I wish that it had an American-made 9-speed automatic instead. I had been driving various Plymouth and Dodge Neons for 31 years prior to the purchase of this Dart.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

When I purchased the truck Matt answered all questions that I had and explained everything about the truck. Working with Matt was a pleasure and a good experience. He is an asset to Schmidt Ford.

Matt Reid treated us very well, had car waiting for us, gassed up, and ready to test drive. He was very personable and easy to work with. The used Focus we purchased had a burned out tail light above the rear window and it was fixed without question. Very pleased.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I highly recommend this facility when your in the market for a vehicle.Sadly i did not get to make a purches when i went only due to my credit not being very good yet. This suv is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great exterior and interior appearance. The ride is smooth and very comfortable. The features of this vehicle are just what I wanted.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I love my car. Have had it nearly 2yrs and have had no problems. It's interior looks really nice, and with kids in and out of it everyday it seems to be holding up well.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.
