I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. Less than two weeks after my purchase, Anna Marie contacted me when my plates arrived, and she and Mike helped me to resolve a post-purchase issue where other dealerships would not have been so helpful. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I wanted to buy a used crv ex from 2017, was in market for 3 months, I attended lot of Honda dealers. Most of them either quoted more or argued with me for unnecessary things!! I fiws in near to give up my car buying dream. Luckily I came across Tenfly Honda dealer !!! And ended up buying my own car. But people under this dealership are very kind and had sept t lot of time in explaining details on car future they event took self interest to check gas on my vehicle and made a tank full !! Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from Tenafly and the sales associate, Valerie made the process super straightforward and easy. Up front pricing and no scams. I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

We bought a 2008 Mazda 3 Touring hatchback new. We have driven it for over 15 years / 150,000 miles and have never had anything major break on this car. We change the oil about every 5,000 miles and had to do some work on the C/V joints at about 100K miles. We didn't even need a new clutch until 140K miles. This car handles great, has plenty of acceleration with the 5 speed manual and gets great gas mileage.

I'll start this off by stating that Ray Forziati is the MAN! I feel like my family and I are his priorities as I'm sure every customer he deals with feels. He actually cares. I do not like car dealerships and I know my family doesn't either. He makes it easy. I don't have to sit there and go back and forth with him he tries to make us happy right from the start. I will continue buying Volkswagens forever BECAUSE of him (and also my obsession with VWs) just got our forth VW from him and I'm sure my parents will be returning because of Ray. I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I’m extremely happy with my experience at Kenny’s Auto Sales. The customer service was amazing, everyone is so friendly and made the whole process easy. They’ve got a great selection of beautiful and reliable vehicles. I would 100% recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a quality car! I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.
