Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

While Darrell Waltrip Subaru has an amazing team some folks deserve special recognition. I purchased my Chevy Colorado from DW Subaru in 2022 and that experience was great. I found myself in need of a superior technician when other factory dealers were unable to diagnose a problem. Will Allen introduced me to Dustin. In less then five minutes Dustin identified the problem and I left feeling secure in his abilities. Sure enough he nailed it out of the park. I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

We went into see a '12 Nissan versa, but it had a check engine light on, so we looked at a '14 Hyundai Elantra w/ 105750 miles on it. The dealer rep was Mikey Dolan. And the owner Jeff was onsite today. They worked very hard to get me a deal that worked with my budget and needs. Got a fairly good used car for our newest driver( 17 ). Couldn't have been much better for service, even got a 2 yr warranty included in the price!

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I really like this place. They were hosting a charity event at the time, and it was nice to see the dealership involved in supporting our community. Our sales associate was attentive, his sales manager understood my requests, and the finance manager got me out the door without delay. All in all, the way it should go every time.

I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come on my 2019 Tucson so I called this dealership and they were very courteous and got me right in to check the issue. I really appreciated the quick response to my concern. They were very nice and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The only negative comment was grease finger prints on my console!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I came in with a car picked out and money in hand, ready to buy. Easy commission for anyone, but instead she looked out for me and helped me find a better, more reliable, and cheaper car. 10/10

This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

Bought my '12 Max SV (my 3rd one btw) Jan 2013. 1 of 2 left on lot. MSRP 38 G. Pd 28G out the door. Now with 86000 miles. Only tires, oil changes and rear brakes. NO problems at all with a plus on performance. Best car I've ever had and my 1985 and 1993 were great cars too. May end up being the last car I have to buy. Always garaged and above average in and out and Edmunds says it's worth $3700. Hoping would be 5G at least.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.
