I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

The guys at WOW Auto really went out of their way to make this deal happen. I came up from King of Prussia area to check out an Audi A3 Etron, which there was a tax rebate of $4k for. Other dealerships would either raise the price of the car by $4k and take the rebate themselves, or just wouldn't deal with it, saying I could get it. But I didn't have enough tax liability to absorb it. Their response was typically just shrugging their shoulders and letting me walk. Josh was awesome in getting this part done. Not only that, but the car had a transmission issue, and a taillight problem, that they were determined to fix before letting me see the car. It took a while to work out, but again, other dealerships would just try and cover things up and pass the buck on to me. Not these guys. So refreshing! After wading through the slime of the used car market for months, and paying $500 to have other cars inspected (2 different cars!) just to have them fail, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of trust they helped build with me, and how they were determined to sell me a good car that we'd both be happy with. They also shipped the car down to me, which was a huge help. I would 100% shop for another car with them again!

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

Honest, fair pricing, super friendly service. Didn’t buy the car I was looking at, only because I wasn’t ready and wanted to continue to look around. They told me right off the bat what their best price was, and didn’t try to pressure me even when I said I wanted to look around more. They thanked me for stopping in and giving them a chance. They told me their offer stands as long as the car was in their lot. They both seemed like genuine, friendly guys, just trying to build a good business, with a foundation of friendly service, and customer satisfaction.

Doing fine at 175k miles this car is a dream. I've been approached for offers to buy it. This car saved our lives in a near head on crash. As a sports car sedan it has lived up to its name. A few fixes, nothing major thus far. I'll be riding in this reliable gem hopefully for years to come.

I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

They worked with me every step of the way and got me in my new truck quickly. There was a small issue discovered when I got home and Travis said no problem, we will fix it. Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.
