This is, by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned! I now have $169,800 MI on the car that I've had for about 6 years now and it rides like brand new! It starts right up, and except for battery issues and a parasitic drain which you have to watch out for, as well as transmission issues at 100,000 k. But if you have one of the car services that that you pay into, and repairs the card, after the first transmission is replaced, you will have no issues with the car for at least another $125,000 MI! it's an awesome car and I would highly recommend it! If you tune it up, this vehicle will have 340 horses and will be a beast! I know that's exactly what I did!!

Not sure why the low ratings/reviews on other sites. I had the most positive buying experience ever for a car. John Vickery and Eric Olivieri are top notch professionals. I was looking for a late model/low mileage pre-owned vehicle; I had narrowed it down to the 2013 CRV EX-L. They had one just taken in via trade with low miles, loaded and in great condition. I came all the way down from Northern NJ. I had also located similar vehicles at other Phila dealers but they were all too pushy. The experience here was low key and easy. I arranged my own financing and when I came down to pick up the car- I was out in 75 minutes- not once did they try to pressure or up sell other add-ons. I can wholeheartedly recommend the buying experience at Fred Beans. Would not hesitate to do so again.

Visited dealership for a test drive. Excellent experience all around. Met with Pablo who was very knowledgeable and personable. I thought he was great. Likewise, Frank, the pre-owned manager. I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. Although I have decided to put off my purchase to a later date, I look forward to purchasing my next Audi from Devon Audi.

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I would like to reach out to BMW of Devon for my latest oil change and brake fluid change in my 2023 X5 and 50i. Ishmel was a great service writer kept us informed and had a sense of looking out for us. Had no problem with services that were done. Haven’t noticed any oil on the driveway. seems that oil will get trapped in the engine plate and then drips out when you’re not level. BMW, please help your technicians in making it easier for them. We know that time is not a lotted to take the plate down and techs are trying to make money. This does definitely affects the overall ownership experience. this may be rather small, but it is something that is bothersome for the owner when he has to remove the paper and plastic that is put in for service driver seat, and floor mat. we also realize that when we do not pay for services, the technician is also cut. By no means should this be that we would get any poor quality work done. We have to take it somewhere else because the technician is not happy. again everything seems to be working fine and would like to thank BMW of Devon for completing this job properly. As a first owner of BMW my expectations are high. i’ve had other problems at the dealership prior to this. issue with cracking performance tires from Hancock. basically too much of a fight to have one replaced under warranty. it doesn’t doesn’t deter me. it’s a shame that we have to go through these types of fights. have a great day thank you
