We needed a car with passenger seats that have a particular attribute. My research showed 2 vehicles. One was a Toyota Sienna. The other was a Honda Odyssey. I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I have previously bought 16 new cars. NEVER before did I receive the type of service that Charlie's provides, MOST notably from the sales guys that I had an extreme pleasure to deal with. I live in MA and was purchasing a new car for my son who was moving to Winthrop, Maine. My first contact was with ALAN KENNEY who right off the bat gave me what I knew was a UNBELIEVABLE DISCOUNT!! I spent many years in the new car business and recognized the discount I got on THE 2018 Honda Odyssey as HUGE. I calculated it was below invoice.... In any event in addition to the supa $$, Alan communicated with me via e-mail (as he pointed out once we met at the dealership) OVER 60 TIMES! What sales person in any dealership would respond to SIXTY E-MAILS!! ?? Alan advised me and patiently answered all of my questions as the registering process is totally different in Maine vs MA. The was also NO "games" played with silly unnecessary "BS" being offered as ad-ons to the purchase like most dealers do. The actual delivery was done by Pat Michaud who went over the cah with my son as if he was his own son buying a car for the first time. Never before did I see any sales person spend so much time explaining EVERY detail of the cah. Pat even insisted on taking my son for a "test drive". Something that you only expect when your looking to purchase a cah. Pat was spending so much time going over the car it prompted me to tell him that my son didn't need anymore assistance as he could read the manual. Pat would have nothing to do with that as he insisted on going over every detail. The finance manager, Alex Musica was thorough and went over all the figures and you cannot beat Honda financing at 1.9% . All-in all my experience with doing business with Charlie's and their staff was the most satisfying I have ever had. Only a month earlier I had purchased a "pricy" BMW in Ma and had gotten the run-around with all sorts of BS during the negotiations and upon delivery of a cah that cost 85K the salesman tossed the keys to me and said "here you go". If you live within 100 miles of a Charlie's dealership when you need to purchase a car and you don 't do business with them then you are out of your mind. Bill Mullen Quincy, MA

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Charlie's Honda was recommended to me by two different people. Now I understand why. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and most importantly to me, didn't mess around or waste time. What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time
