I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. I am sad that Chrysler is no longer making the 300 model. Even if it could be revived as a hybrid. I currently get over 30 mph on the highway and mid 20 mph in the city. It literally idles along at around 1500 rpms or less at 55 mph. At 8 years of age, its exterior and interior look new.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

A dealers word means nothing until its tested. Nissan of Gadsden Scores an A+. My search for a car landed me 400 miles away. My salesman was Zach Crews. He sent me a video of the car, a MINI Cooper. I took him at his word that it was the best used MINI he has seen. So I drove 6 hours and it was exactly as Zach described it. After returning home, the MINI developed a Check engine light. I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

When he learned that his business sold me a vehicle, unbeknownst to them to have severe safety problems, because they were extremely well hidden, by the previous owner, he offered to put any time and effort needed to fix the problem! He offered to trade me out of the vehicle at no cost to me, and when he didn't have a vehicle on the lot that would suit my needs, he showed me all the money invested and made on the vehicle, only to offer his time, his effort, services, and all profits on the vehicle to get it fixed! I agreed on this, as he surely went the extra mile to make sure, I was happy with my purchase, and that my family's safety was top priority! I work the GM for a few years my dad retired from GM after 32 years I started doing mechanical work on cars my dad I picked out a Cadillac 2007 DTS for him and it was on the lot in 2009 when he went and got it didn't have any miles on it I told him to trim little trim the best Cadillac in the world get it you got it he had it from 2009 until he passed 2014 and then I paid it off for my mom and she kept her 2023 last year when she passed and then became my car it's a beautiful car I've never had to replace one thing except for a headlight and it's easy you do not have to take off the bumper you have to loosen it up and you have to turn the light on a slight angle to take it out and it comes right out and I replaced that ball twice once for my dad and once for myself turn out you want to take it off and then mechanic for 20 years of killings it is a beautiful car ride for the dream I love it I'll never get rid of it I don't drive in the winter time just to summertime !

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Jim Haynes was very helpful in finding the Sandstorm EXL that we wanted. It was a long process since the Sandstorm color is not made in high quantity, but he kept us informed during the process and was very helpful with showing us the features of the vehicle. He also helped with tech questions during a follow up visit.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

On Time Service- I had a 9am appointment for the first Service on my 2023 Silverado- the truck went in on time and I was leaving the dealership at 9:30am with my service work being completed- That is what I call good service- they don't leave you sitting in the waiting room - the service gets completed and out the door you go.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

This is our 2nd car from the folks at Alexander. We first had a Mazda and this time we went with a Ford. Chris and Steven are very down to earth people who treat others how they want to be treated. There was no high pressure- just good info and good prices. They really do mean it when they say there are no dealer add-on costs. Just tax and title. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!
