I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Poppy was great to buy from. Was shopping for my first car. Found an awesome car through cars.com and we called him. Took it for a test drive, before which he had already put new tires and breaks on the vehicle. AC had issues, he got it fixed by a repair shop in 2 days, and picked it up shortly after. Car has a few cosmetic issues but he didn't try to hide them. Car came with a warranty which is great for peace of mind, but keep in mind not all of his cars do. He gave us a great deal, and I couldn't be happier.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Jim Ferrara the service director is the best person in that department. He is an asset to service! He has all the knowledge you would want and more. Jim has been there for years and been nothing but helpful, courteous and knowledgable never tries to sell you something that is not needed. Jim also did a great job explaining everything on our new car along with Marcus the parts manager and answered all questions during the new car orientation. Sales department could be better when it comes to pricing for a brand new car. However everyone is courteous and helpful. The general manager Dave Girolamo very nice, willing to work with you always available to chat. Also very knowledgeable on sales to products. Curry does take good care of you.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

Car shopping was a complete nightmare for me. It seemed like every dealer was taking advantage of charging thousands over the MSRP. No one wanted to talk to me and if I did get anywhere, there was no follow up, no customer service. It's quite obvious this is a seller's market and no one cares about the consumer. It's all about the dollar signs. I felt enormous pressure to provide a deposit in order to secure a car before I even met with anyone in person, most of the dealerships being pretty far away. Steve was kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I test drove a CR-V, already knowing that's what my heart was set on. Steve let me know he had the exact car I was looking for, in the color I wanted, on the way, and provided clear and fair pricing. I went in on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday I drove off the lot in my new car. He made it so ridiculously easy and efficient. Imagine our predicament. We live in a small community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Our neighbor and his wife purchase low-mileage vehicles from dealers throughout the Northeast, then diligently repair them until they are roadworthy once again and ready for purchase by local folks. My wife, another neighbor and I often bring the vehicles home. Monday afternoon we were driving north on the Thruway with a Ford F-150 we had just obtained from a dealer in Wayne, NJ when we noticed the left front tire losing air. We pulled over, discovered that the spare had no air in it, prayed, and decided to try to make it to the next exit. We proceeded slowly for miles in the breakdown lane and made it to the Harriman exit at last. Spotting a Walmart sign, we made for it. It was too far. The tire split just as we pulled into Orange County BMW's parking lot. What a "kettle of fish". Surrounded by so many shiny, premium new autos, the sad F-150 was so out of place! We shuffled disconsolently into the office and a young man jumped up to greet us. "What can we help you with?" he asked. "We are looking for a Good Samaritan," I replied. "Let's see what we can do," he responded." His name was Michael Pussilano and he indicated that he was "on loan" for three days to Orange County BMW from his own Mercedes dealership. He walked out into the cold to survey the damage, then assured us they would take charge. He then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in their waiting room. Their waiting room was warm (so welcome after spending time outside in the bitter wind!), spotless, well-lit, and featured an interesting array of magazines, classic models, accessories, and clothing. They worked on the old Ford for over an hour. Presently, Michael returned with a tire wrench in one hand and the spent cable lock from the Ford's tire carriage. He apologized because they had had to cut the cable (a necessity with ANY truck subjected to over 30 minutes of New York State's overly-salted winter highways!) and cautioned us to tighten the lug nuts on the freshly-installed spare tire after a few miles, for safety's sake. I reached for my credit card and received the shock of my life. What did we owe? "Nothing," Michael stated, "this was a complimentary service". We had found our "Good Samarian". What more could I say? None of us will ever forget the kind, thoughtful, efficient service that we found at Orange County BMW. Thank you, Orange County, for so kindly getting us back on our way.
