WOW! what a great experience, Rarely do I leave a review but couldn't resist this time. Truly a outstanding family affair experience. I met six professional minded individuals who treated me as I was one of their family. Started with my salesmen Marvin who took me from the get go then greeted me with his sales manager Alfonson upon my arrival. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable. Oh the Car purchase, Porsche C4S Targa was under rated by the sales person as not a perfect used vehicle. He was wrong, the car is in the best shape car I have ever purchased. Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

This car met all my needs throughout the time I have owned it, really really reliable car, really good on gas, and just plain out amazing.

This car dealership is not your typical dealership. It was weird, in a good way. People were friendly and smiling and no pressure to buy. They even had a cookout on Saturday for customers.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. VW of Akron is highly recommended my wife and me; this is truly a five star dealership. You definitely need to visit them when looking for a vehicle. The whole car exploration and buying process is stress free and so different from what we’ve had been accustomed to. I am definitely keeping VW of Akron high on my list for future buys. Each of the staff we met are honest, open, friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. We met primarily with Ammar, who sincerely listened to our situation and then provided us with a VW ID.4 to drive freely and unaccompanied around Akron. (BTW, we found the ID.4 is very comfortable inside, rides well, is well built and performs well). Upon our return to the dealership, after hearing our thoughts, Ammar spent several hours providing details and answering questions regarding the ID.4 to ensure we were comfortable with proceeding. After telling him we would like to proceed, he worked hard with his manager, Matt, to find the car with options which we wanted (VW Corp had just that day shutdown factory ordering of The ID.4). When our ID.4 arrived, there was some confusion regarding our choice of equipment options (‘what we thought we were getting vs what was there). The manager, Matt voluntarily stepped in and said he would take care of the problem without our incurring any cost. In talking with him, ‘found him to be a good, reputable guy and apparent good leader (rather than just a manager). So, ‘on to paying and paper signing (usually this part the really raises my ire). We met with AJ who told us about various payment methods in addition to what my wife and I had earlier explained and wanted. AJ came up with a good plan to save us money over what we had originally considered doing. After that AJ presented us with the usual dealer provided/applied optional amenities (I thought, here we go - you know, the often high pressure arguments - ‘the ”You really need this” items’ - (to be clear, at other places, not VW Akron); ‘these are such items as additional sound deadening, lifetime muffler bearing grease jobs and/ or insurance protection against flying saucer attack – maybe I exaggerate just a bit but you know what I mean). However, AJ started off indicating what they offer was just for our consideration – no pressure. Well, first note that, his offers were for reasonable items (‘no T-Rex repellent). But then, I really didn’t want any of the offers and there was neither badgering nor debating as I declined them. Much Kudos to AJ. On the day of pickup, Ammar, in typical character, brought our car out and first spent a good bit of time looking it over and checking it out to make sure all was right. He then sat with my wife in the car (it’s her primary vehicle) for a good while to make sure she understood all the controls and functions. I also want to say that I met with several others of the people in parts and service; all exhibited the same honesty, friendliness and professionalism as Ammar, AJ and Matt. Bottom line - you would be hard pressed to find a better dealership or buying experience; do yourself a favor & stop in when you’re looking for a car. Rick

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

From salesperson to manager to owner, everyone was great! I love my car and I love Park Ford! My new (to me) EcoSport is running great, and I will be back to Park Ford for any oil changes and services it needs in the future!

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

I bought this car used in 2023. It runs well. It is not the quickest car but it will always get the job done. I have the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it gets around 27 mpg on average. This car has never let me down and I plan on keeping it for a while. I would definitely recommend this car if you're looking for something that will last forever and get you from A to B.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Dan Schrier was a very good, no pressure, salesperson. I believe I got a very fair price for the car I wanted and it was delivered in beautiful shape and within the time frame, I needed. I met the finance and service managers and felt very welcomed. I love that the oil changes, etc. will be extended to 5 years as long as I use their service department and I plan to do so. This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Amazing car! Bought it with about 92k miles on it almost a year ago. Great reliability so far, no issues at all. Very well maintained, my only issue is that it doesn't have Bluetooth, which, I know, it's a minor thing, but my old car had it (2013 base Subaru Forester, -10/10 do not recommend). The Legacy still drives like brand new, and is very comfortable on the highway and backroads. Decent gas mileage for the age, averaging around 25 in the city and 32/35 on the highway. No issues with the CVT, either. Not even showing signs of wear, after more than 10 years and 100k miles! Built to last!
