Larissa, the Sales Manager, continued to check in with me throughout the finalizing of my purchase! Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. Tom in finance worked hard, and overtime, to make sure that all of my paperwork and financing was all set to finalize the sale! Its a great car but the Hybrid battery has issues and replacements are expensive , Honda should offer a Battery replacement program that is reasonably priced .

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

I purchased a vehicle from United Auto at the end of September, and it runs great! I love my new car, it was comfortably within my price range and featured all of the amenities I was seeking. Rodney was very helpful throughout the entire process and didn’t put any pressure on the sale. They provided a limited warranty for my car, and assisted me with questions I had regarding post purchase. There are a lot of options for dealers in the area, but this dealer has been in business for a long time and cares about their customers, which was apparent through the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone going through the car buying process!

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

Style. Class. Performance. Comfort. Loved this car from the first time I saw it online. Drives like a luxury car without todays high luxury prices. I could not have made a better choice.

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

This car met my daily needs my car is clean just has a complete detail inside and out including my engine. It is depended and sporty.

This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. A lot of salesmen I notice only care to contact you back if they think they’re making money off you. Derrick always gets back to our questions and concerns regardless. I feel very very proud when behind the wheel of my 2016 Mazda 6 Sport and driving it on highways! With record 35,650 miles, it drives very smooth and very efficient. It’s reliability and looks is what makes it a perfect car of my taste. Drive one and feel for yourself!

Bought a used one in November 2023 with 24k miles. Car pulls like a train in any gear. The sport transmission lets you shift and downshift at the moment you press the paddles. There’s no delay. I typically drive the car in sport+. I was able to hit 60 in 4.2 seconds without launch control. I can’t totally speak for reliability but the car so far is good. I have only driven 1000 miles with the car though. The cons I noticed are The dual climate zones don’t have a sync button. So you manually have to change both climate controls, The plastic ac unit cover is pretty flimsy and bends in when you push hard, the trunk button sits a little low for you push when your in the drivers seat. It’s near the front hoodlatch. Most cars have the lock button on the door, for the bmw f30, it’s on top of the hazard lights which is in the center console, also, the Ambient lighting has two lights, orange or white. And both are really dim. Most of these “cons” are personal things. The car drives wonderful and handles amazing. Would recommend this car.

My salesman, Phil Musmacker, made everything incredibly easy for me throughout the entire process (honorable mention goes to Brendan Elrick, who followed up on my initial request for info on the Equinox EV, and connected me with Phil). In addition, I never found any reason to question the pricing on the purchase order; everything was straightforward and exactly as I had been told, which is incredible considering my previous experiences with dealerships, where I had to fight to keep extras from being added to my order. Most impressively, they coordinated with the Massachusetts RMV and delivered my vehicle directly to my home with plates and registration paperwork already completed, saving me an additional trip back to the dealership. I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros:
The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions:
While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.

It was time for a safer, more reliable car, and I couldn't be happier with the team at Thrifty Car Sales in Westfield, MA for their excellent above and beyond service. Seriously, if you're in the Northeast, and need a car, they treat you like family. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Tucson all before work at 11. They had me in and out in an hour and a half, and even came in early before they opened to help me out! You will not be disappointed with Mike and his team!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. They instantly addressed a small mechanical issue that I had with the car, and it was detailed and looked great on delivery. Highly recommended this dealership.

Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven!  It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering.  And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control.  Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better.  It's like being in a personal sound studio!  And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.  The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior.  I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves.  One final note.  The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this,  there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way!

Great car for everyday use that doesn't break the bank. I get under 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers after religiously monitoring fuel consumption for almost 50,000 kilometers. For a 2.0 gasoline engine, that's quite an achievement. The car also proved to be reliable on long trips, offering plenty of luggage space and a comfortable ride. The only annoying thing is the interior noise when driving on the highway.
