We bought our 2012 VW Passat brand new and now it only has 80,000 miles on it. It has only needed tires, battery, and regular maintenance. Equipped with the five-cylinder engine it could use more power but has not used a drop of oil since we have owned it.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

The manager Erik was super nice. He made the transaction quick and easy for me, had the car waiting for me as soon as I arrived. I sent over most of my paperwork beforehand so I was only at the dealership maybe and hour.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

I couldn't ask for more professional and patient people than Todd, Annie and their staff. A very busy shop with first class technicians. Gratified to see this successful business in Normal.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

Great place to buy and get service work done on your car. I have been a customer for many years and just traded in my 1999 Lexus with 338K miles for a great Nissan. I have nothing but the highest regard for both Todd and Annie, its a real down to earth friendly place to shop with fair rock bottom prices. Would (and do) recommend to my friends.

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

I have never had such a non stressful experience purchasing a car. No haggling, not pushy. I drove it and looked it over and asked for them to fix the sunroof. They did and I was out in my new Lincoln in an hour. Define tly recommend. Glad I came out here and looked too, because the competition is bad out there.

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

Bought this car new in 2012. Just quit driving it with 373400 miles. Only replaced the water pump. Transmission was never touched, fuel pump, alternator, heat, ac still work and original. Maybe I was extremely lucky but this car was awesome.

The car is a solid economical choice for a daily car. The mileage you get is amazing and the interior volume of the sedan is quite spacious, including the boot.

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

I bought a Toyota Avalon 129,678 miles.have all factory price book to the car .Well bought it for$600 done maintenance change the oil .The battery was a good battery jumped it with 4 flat tires gas light on .Filled it up I literally drove it home and the car was sitting.Someone had the undercarriage all on the bottom of the car so no rust.i bought it with no bumper and busted turning lights.webt to pull a part bought a washer fluid reservoir and bumper inside door handle .In 4 months I have changed the oil 3 times sonsidering we put 2500 to 3000 miles it's crazy .The car has never left.my kids stranded they no it's old but the previous owner kept it garage kept the ashtray was never used.Of course I broke it in oh well .The motor in this Avalon Ls is probably one of the best running cats out there I would put it next to any brand new plastic car 😂😂 joking it's so loud where the exhaust manifold neck in the back look like a chicken wire mess so it didn't hold up it failed.Besides that could of been prevented.If any Toyota Avalon salesperson it would be a great car it should be in the xxxxbox hall of Fame.Im out I'll advertise for Toyota.And no I don't want a brand new car I'll horse and buggy my way gass is rising Who ever is reading thisif you get a chance to grab a low mile Toyota you usually will have a good deal .I wouldn't own an electric car if you have it to me don't like the bodystyle .but parts are.reasonable.for.Camrys , Presidential,Lexus ,and a few other cars.I hope you all enjoyedy opinion I. I got this car when I was 16 and it has been great! There are a few details I dislike, mostly cosmetic. The cup holders are very small so only short small drinks fit in them and cups block air controls which gets very annoying. Not extremely comfortable, but good for getting around! As a noob when it comes to mechanics, I really appreciate how easy and cheap it is to replace parts (ex. I replaced the headlights and the sun visors which just pop out). It held all my friends and gets good gas mileage. I also have a natural gas tank as well which was awesome. Unfortunately I got rear ended so it looks like that will be the last of my little Chevy :,( loved it while it lasted though!

The only issue I had with mine was the led taillights that didn’t always work properly and it was frustrating because they would work perfectly for a while but started having some of the led lights would appear out and give the impression of a problem with them

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

this 2013 avenger 2.4ltr engine....hey...its not the v6...but the 340 v8 is not the 440....in a ford....the 351 is not a 427...yet those are all good engines....the four cylinder gets going quite nicely...its 173 hp in a 3200 lb car...thats pretty good...final gear is 3:91...(is that correct)...thats a nice final gear....that helps to get this 4 cyl moving...

This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(

Todd & Annie provide excellent customer service & attention to detail. Work was done in a timely manner & everything was explained to us before & after servicing our vehicle. We'll be back!

There has been a 2011 Taurus SHO in my family since 2013 it was purchased with 10,000 miles and now has 140,000 these cars are great they have good power they're decent to drive and they're mainly designed for Highway driving. Plenty of power considering it's a 90° V6 it sounds not terrible and it can haul xxx the reason cops use them the infotainment in the early cars pretty much anything sync 2 is outdated and it feels that way however it's not unusable. The rest of the Interior is decent you still have some cheap feeling Ford Plastics but the seats and most things you touch are decent to sit in and deal with especially if you're a bigger person. There is a lot of space we have fit full vacations including me and my two siblings on many trips to Florida and Texas however it is a not all Sunshine rainbows. As for maintenance these cars tend to eat brakes quicker and we have had to replace all the piping to the turbo as it got filled with oil this car also received a catch can on top of oil changes every 5,000 miles, coolant flush every 15 to 20k and Trans Fluid every 30,000. You cannot talk about this car without the elephant in the room that being the water pump if you don't want to change the water pump don't buy this car go buy a Honda Accord my family bit the bullet and paid to get it done at 110,000 it's done now we don't need to worry the car has been great if you're not afraid of doing maintenance I would recommend this car they're cheap
