We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! I live 80 miles away and found a vehicle I liked and asked them to run my credit before I drove there. They did a great job of getting me approved even though I messed my credit up. As I was driving up there I was hoping they didn't have pictures on their website that really exaggerated how nice the car was. I was shocked that the 2008 jeep was even nicer in person. I'm very weary of used car lots because of the reputation that some of the bad ones give the industry, I would in a heartbeat buy here again because they have the most important qualities, honesty and integrity.

This is a great automobile! Very quiet. I frequently when headed along quiet streets feel like i am gliding along - no noise, smooth ride. I have driven mine a bit over 100,000 miles and have not had any issues with the battery. I am still using the original brake linings. Great car. I figure that it will be my last. I believe that it will last for 300,000 miles and that at that point, I will go to a phone app and request a driverless car that will come to my door, pick me up, take me to my destination, then go to the next request in line.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Eddie was very easy to work with and super kind. He answered all of my silly questions without judgement. He allowed me to take the car for as long as I wanted and I felt no pressure whatsoever. When I expressed concern about a noise I heard, he drove the car with me to see if it were something he could fix BEFORE I purchased. I trust him and love my car!

It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.

I don't actually own one myself but my dad just recently purchased one. They have always been one of my favorite cars. My dad's genesis has a lot of bells and whistles but I don't no if he got the ones that are fully loaded..but it does have the panaromic moon roof..memory driver seat and steering wheel. All the back windows have shades on the windows. Trunk has human sensory to automatically open...I think it has auto start and all the lane sensors...touch screen .. lexicon sound system...it's the 3.8 V6 model not the 5.0 V8. It drives so smooth and is very quiet. You hardly even hear the doors when you shut them. Plus my dad got it for a great price. Hope when he gets older and can't really drive anymore that he passes it down to me. I've always liked the genesis.. especially the ones that only have the Genesis emblem on the hood and trunk and not the older ones that had the Hyundai emblem on the back and said Genesis also on it. If your like me and your into the nice sleek luxury smooth riding sedans then I most definitely recommend the Genesis and try to get one that comes with some of the cool luxury upgrades on/in it. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

I bought my 2013 Dodge dart brand new in November of 2012. My kids called it my in life crisis car I called it My last car I'm ever going to buy 😂 it is now April of 2024 and I have 24,500 mi on the car and the only thing I've had to do was normal maintenance, change oil and replace tires. I love the Dodge dart and I checked the gas mileage last weekend after a trip and I got 32 mi to the gallon. Very happy! When I dye my grandson will be happy to have it also.

When I first did my research on Reel's Auto, I was a bit skeptical since the vast majority of reviews were 5-stars and I figured there was a possibility that this dealer could have bought fake reviews or paid to have negative reviews removed. I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. Before I left, Micheal made sure to fill up the gas tank (about $100 in value) and program a second key fob for me (another $400 in value). I could not ask for better treatment from a dealership, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My favorite part of visiting this dealership is that it is owned and operated by veterans who genuinely care about and give back to the community. Everyone who works here are down-to-earth and more than willing to sit down and just have a normal conversation about anything as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman who simply wants to buy and sell at a profit. Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

Even when my credit was great I have never experienced the level of compassion and professionalism as I did with Dave. This car is smooth, cute car. All wheels drive . Automatic. I feel so confident driving It. My always concern it’s about snow, ice, rain. This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.
