I would like to reach out to BMW of Devon for my latest oil change and brake fluid change in my 2023 X5 and 50i. Ishmel was a great service writer kept us informed and had a sense of looking out for us. Had no problem with services that were done. Haven’t noticed any oil on the driveway. seems that oil will get trapped in the engine plate and then drips out when you’re not level. BMW, please help your technicians in making it easier for them. We know that time is not a lotted to take the plate down and techs are trying to make money. This does definitely affects the overall ownership experience. this may be rather small, but it is something that is bothersome for the owner when he has to remove the paper and plastic that is put in for service driver seat, and floor mat. we also realize that when we do not pay for services, the technician is also cut. By no means should this be that we would get any poor quality work done. We have to take it somewhere else because the technician is not happy. again everything seems to be working fine and would like to thank BMW of Devon for completing this job properly. As a first owner of BMW my expectations are high. i’ve had other problems at the dealership prior to this. issue with cracking performance tires from Hancock. basically too much of a fight to have one replaced under warranty. it doesn’t doesn’t deter me. it’s a shame that we have to go through these types of fights. have a great day thank you

I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….

I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. The experience that I had with him was BETTER than any of my other car buying experiences, and Porsche of the Mainline is BETTER than any other dealership I have dealt with. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I bought this car used in 2023. It runs well. It is not the quickest car but it will always get the job done. I have the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it gets around 27 mpg on average. This car has never let me down and I plan on keeping it for a while. I would definitely recommend this car if you're looking for something that will last forever and get you from A to B.

This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, and the team at KIA of Wilmington was PERFECT! I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

This is my third Corolla. I thrashed the first one (1990) for 20 years after I bought it at three years old, and gave it to a family member at 200k. The second ('98) was given to me by a friend who had bought it for someone else who didn't pay for it. It was totaled at 178k miles, in nearly perfect condition. This one came from an estate of a fellow parishioner. He bought it in 2010. When he passed in 2022, it had 141k miles. After it sat for a year, I bought it. Although I've only put a few hundred miles on it, it impresses me with its solidity, pep, and crisp handling. Based on past experience, I expect to get at least another hundred thousand out of it. Based on my driving habits (>10k/year) and my age, it may be the last daily-driver I ever own. Interior is a bit cramped compared to the Sonata it replaces, but high quality and comfortable. The initial surge of acceleration is a little startling, but easily controllable with a light foot. Styling is nothing to write home about, but is acceptable. Paint is chipping on the hood and fading on the roof, but overall presents well from twenty feet. I would prefer the optional alloy wheels, but I may find a set over the years I expect to have with this car. The stock stereo was malfunctioning when I got it, but I upgraded to an aftermarket 2-DIN unit with rear-view camera. The stock six-speaker setup blends nicely with the new head unit. Neither the bodywork, or the undercarriage exhibit any signs of corrosion.

Have bought two vehicles from Williams used cars/trucks in Elkton. Salesman are usually friendly, but will normally shoot straight. They will usually haggle price with you, but this can be annoying because they have to "check with the manager". Overall my vehicals have been good and havent had a negative experience. Will probably buy again

Went to look at an 02 Porsche 911. Been looking around a while to find this generation/style of the 911. Came across a this particular car on the Internet. I knew it had to be somewhat decent of a car if Porsche of the Main Line had it on their lot. Made an appointment with the sales rep Brett Hagen to see the car. Brett was an amazing. He was upfront and honest with a few details about the car that needed repairing. We went out on a test drive and I was hooked! We negotiated a deal including service to get the car up to spec. The car was then handed over to a phenomenal tech named Christopher Wise. Not only did he expertly fix all the issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond fixing other details of the car that were not part of the deal. By the time he was done, the car was near perfect, especially for its age. Brett and Chris made my Porsche buying experience great. My 911 was by far the least expensive Porsche they had on the lot. (I was surrounded by dreamy $100k - $200k Porsches and Lamborghinis) Brett, Chris, and the rest of the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a new car. Not one single detail was missed from the buying experience. I would highly recommend Brett and Porsche of the Main Line to anybody looking for a new or used dream car.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

CLS 53.....when you hit bumps, the car shudders. Noisy. The Pirelli run-flats are like hitting a deep pot hole when you hit bumps. Gorgeous car, but front end is really too low. Would rather have an S Class, but too big for wife.

Their service team helped me understand what i needed for service. Oh and they fixed a bad bulb for free too.

Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.
