I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

Did the work quickly and efficiently. A little expensive for two tire pressure sensors. I really have nothing else to say. So I?ll say nothing more.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.

it is a good car for begin, is confortable, has the need. It is cheaper, the gas has long time. It is a beautiful car.

I just purchased a new vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville Ohio, and it was BY FAR the best vehicle purchase experience that I’ve ever had. My sales consultant, Jeff Handy, was phenomenal. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. Outstanding customer focus.

Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. 2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

I'm very happy with this vehicle. The car is still relatively new but so far I haven't had to take it back to the dealer yet. This is my second Sonata but this car is much better than my 2017. I don't think that you can beat the car at this price point. I'm happy with it.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.
