Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I went to this dealer previously to look at a FRS. I met with a salesperson Shana who seemed very genuine a nice. She recommended me a few things I should do before actually purchasing the car. Came back about a year later and there she was and we told her now we was ready to buy. She wasn't pushy with the options, we felt very comfortable speaking with her. She seemed like she really interested in making her customer happy which is awesome. I haven't met with the service dept but the buying process went very smoothly. Never thought I would buy another FORD. But here I am. I got the 2020 fusion SE hybrid. I absolutely love this car. Fully equipped which I love. Has more to offer then most cars at an affordable price. I bought mine for $27K with 12,382 miles on it. Runs great, I'm averaging about 45 MPG. Hint. Put the car into echo mode, and don't take off so fast. I use the gas peddle a bit more when going down a hill while on battery. I think this is a great before its time. A buddy of mine has his mileage at 275K on an older model. Bill

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.
