I just wanna start by saying most of the bad reviews are from people that bought cars with recalls. But is not a reflection of the dealership. My experience with them was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. Shout out to Pablo and the manager for a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Recently purchased 2012 G25X. Car has 125k miles and came well serviced and cared for . Replaced my Acura RDX that was pushing 200 k miles. The G25 drives excellent.Smooth sufficient power and comfortable. Will replace with newer G37 in a few years

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

I love this car in all possible ways. Great performance and sophisticated style without being tacky and boisterous. This car makes commuting fun without sacrificing comfort.

I felt they were very professional and while pushing us to make a decision, they weren't obnoxious about it. In the end I thought they gave us a fair deal and we love the SUV. I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I love it every time I get in. Smooth ride Love how it feels and looks. It was a present to myself. I’m so happy with it.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. This car check all my boxes for an economic sedan with good aesthetics. It looks sporty and more expensive than it is, offers a comfortable ride and a lot of safety features. The only thing I wish is that they offered a more powerful engine. 149 hp is ok for everyday commuting, but would like the option of more.
