Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

Went in looking for a car. The sales staff were no haggle, friendly, and accomodating! Super nice people! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Didn't feel pressured at all and they were very friendly, up front and honest!!

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I purchased used 2019 Nissan Versa from Hosick motors in Vandalia IL. Customer service was great no complaints they treat you like family. I've only had the vehicle a day, no complaints so far. If you are looking for fast acceleration this vehicle is a four cylinder and drives accordingly.

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I took my daughter to buy her first “grown up” car today. I always expect decent service whenever I buy a vehicle, but Melanie and Ben were an absolute joy! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were patient with my daughter throughout the process and demonstrated the kind of care I’d expect from a family member. I will definitely refer anyone in my circle who’s looking to buy a car to Hertz Car Sales in Springfield, Virginia.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5
