In 2015 purchased a CPO 2011 Civic EX-L, priced a bit higher than I preferred. Had no problems with the Civic. Had family members who lived nearby Lamacchia Honda and for many years (more than 40 year) never had any neighborly conflict. In 2022 bought a 2022 Civic Touring from Honda City of Liverpool, NY, the finance person tried to sell me 3rd party warranties and other services, but they would not honor to repair any damages themselves. Everything was roughly 250 to 1,100 miles away if I needed to obtain repair work from these 3rd party partners of Honda City and they refused to offer me Honda Care Extended Warranty. Called a Honda Dealer in Massachusetts and got a favorable Honda Care quote and purchased from them. I went to Honda City with appointment for the 6-month service as dropped off early morning, but they never touched it and had to come back the next day. Oil Change was not done, said had not reached 5K miles. Engine was making noise, said it was normal, had molding that the factory put on that was defective, told would not fix because it came from factory that way. For my 12-month service took to Lamacchia and they did everything I asked. Civic has a power steering recall, at Lamacchia was in and out in 35 minutes. Staff is nice, place is clean, and have not had any issues. Yes! Honda City seems to carry one or two higher trim levels that Lamacchia won't have in inventory, but Lamacchia has a much larger selection of lower trim levels. Example Honda City has 40 vehicles and Lamacchia has 160 vehicles. Honda City lacks that personal engagement to make you feel comfortable. At Lamacchia it feels more down to earth, and you get treated like a person. Go in with a good attitude, ought to leave with a good attitude. If not satisfied, how could have been done better. If the staff at Lamacchia Honda treated you unkind or unfairly, ask for Mr. Lamacchia and he will take care of matters so you can leave as a happy customer.

I have had my 2019 Kia Forte 6 weeks now. It is a great car: well built, quiet and super gas mileage. At 6' I have lots of head, leg and elbow room! Cooper Kia was very good to purchase from. Kia is a great vehicle and Cooper a great dealer.

They contacted me right away, asked me what information I would like to know, and whether or not I wanted to come to the dealership for more information and to possibly take a test drive. Amazing customer service from start to finish I dealt with Kori and I must say he was just so kind and helpful and you can tell he truly cares about his customers! On our way back to Ohio on I-90, our check engine light started flashing. While feeling really vulnerable so far from home, we took our car to Cooper Kia for what appeared to be a needed emergency repair. They serviced our 2018 Optima in a reasonable amount of time and, fortunately, determined nothing was needed to be repaired. They also included a software update on the engine and even a car wash. They returned our car key to us with a smile and no bill, reflecting their happiness that they were able to contribute to a happy ending for us.

My family have been going to Lamacchia for years and I would not go anywhere else. Traded in a 2009 CRV for a 2021 CRV. Jake S. was great to work with; attentive, transparent and a seamless process overall. No surprises at signing. Plus, they have two golden retrievers that just hang out and pet.

We updated from a 2010 Tundra to a 2016 at Nimey’s. Excellent experience all the way around. Totally pleased and would buy there again. We drove 2 hours away from our home to deal with Nimey’s. They were way more friendly and fair than our local Dealerships.
